Chapter 11 ~ Fainting

"Um.. Because... I've sorta liked you for a while." I stop dead in my tracks.

"Oh um.. And why are you telling me this now?" He walks beside me as I slowly start walking.

"Because.. I've just been kinda nervous." I see him shrug out of the corner of my eye.

"Oh," I say quietly. "I'm - what's that word? Flattered. But I just got out of a relationship." I lie. It wasn't really a relationship to begin with.

"Oh, I'm sorry. I probably should've talked with you and stuff first." He sounds a bit sad.

"It's alright, seriously. But, I'm just gonna go on a little walk."

"Can I come?" I look at him and shrug.

"Sure?" He nods and we start walking around the city. We get some food, particularly pizza.

"So who was the last guy you dated?" Nate asks me. Should I tell him? Would he know who Calum/5SOS was?

"Uhh Calum Hood." I say slowly.

"Wait seriously?" He knows.

"Yeah.. But it was before I move here."

"But still. Do you know he's here right now? They performed a concert a few days ago and invited a fan up. The fans name was.. Wait.." He looks at me with a smirk. "That fan was you!"

"Did you go to the concert or something?" I have no idea why we're talking about this, I barely know him.

"No, but my sister did. She was mad that she didn't get called up."

"Ohh." His little sister is 16, a year younger than him. She's pretty nice, but a bit bratty at times. Suddenly I go really quiet and my thoughts drift back to Calum. I start getting dizzy and my eyelids fall heavy. I hear faint shouts and fall backwards.

"Yeah she's alright." I hear a female voice. I open my eyes to look at my setting. I'm in the back of an ambulance.

"Hi?" I mumble.

"You're awake." The woman smiles at me.

"Uh yeah," I start sitting up. "What happened?"

"Apparently you fainted. Do you remember why?" She asks. I shake my head. I don't even remember fainting. The last thing I remember is discussing the 5SOS concert with Nate. Nate. Where is he?

"Where's the guy that was with me?"

"He was asked to just stay there. Is he your boyfriend?" She grins.

"No, just a friend." I take out my phone and dial a number.

"Who are you calling?"

"My brother," I put the phone on my ear and let it dial. "Hi Reece."

"What's up?" He asks.
