"No, No, No!" Cried the white unicorn. "This doesn't look right at all!"
She stomped her hoof at a pink dress dazzled with blue gems. It was quite rushed, some parts being uneven. She didn't try too hard on this, but it was hard for her considering that her mind went from one design to the next while she was making it. She blew hot air out of her nose, stomping her way to her nearby sewing table. She slammed her hoof on the desk, awaking Opal, who hissed and jumped off the desk. Rarity laid her head on the wooden fixture, feeling tears well up in her eyes.
"I'll never get any dresses out at this rate!" She whined, tearing spilling down the sides of her muzzle. "I'll go out of b-eh-eh-eh-s-ussiness!"
She cried into her hooves, wailing as loud as she could.
"R-rarity?" A southern voice stuttered. "Rarity you alright?"
Rarity looked up, seeing a familiar orange pony standing at the door.
"What do you wa-ha-hant?" Rarity whimpered.
"Ya' need to calm down, I'hm just here ta' give ya'll news from Twilight." Apple horse scoffed at the prissy white unicorn.
"W-what does she have to s-say?" Rarity asked, wiping away her tears.
The country pone trotted closer to her, helping her clean her face of tears.
"She said she needs a dress for a'h meetin' with the Celestia." AppleJack stated.
"W-why couldn't she come tell me that?" Rarity sniffled.
"She's busy with some town stuff, I dunno, she just wanted me ta' do it." AppleJack answered. "Now I need ta' go, ya'll have fun..I guess."
As AppleJack left, Rarity realized her plight.
"A DRESS?" She shouted. "NO! NO! NO! I CAN'T!"
A million thoughts went through her head. What kind of meeting is it? Is it completely formal event or a mildly informal event?
"Oh, what do I do?" Rarity started pacing. "W-wait, she's going to Canterlot! I'll get inspiration from Canterlot!"
She grabbed a stylish pink scarf, wrapping it around her neck and heading out the door.
"Twilight and I can go to Canterlot together! I'll get tons of inspiration from the stylish ponies there!" Rarity began going down the stairs.
