We got into the car. I sat in the backseat with Cameron, and Daniel was driving. Dear lord Daniel is.. DRIVING?! What if he tries to crash the car on purpose? Now I'm really nervous, and where are we going? The suspense is killing me. I nervously pull at my hair. Cameron notices and whipspers in my ear:

"It's okay, relax I won't let anything happen to you."

I smile slightly and take a deep breath. He always makes me feel better. When Daniel isn't looking he gives me a quick kiss on the cheek. He smiles and I smile back. We start to pull out of the driveway, and I get my first glimpse of the outside world, since.. 3 months. 3, that's how long it's been? That's insane. I miss my family so much. I wonder if they miss me.

We are driving down the street when I see a missing child sign taped to a telephone pole. Oh my gosh. Its me! A $1,000,000 for me!? Holy crap. This is bad.. really bad. What if Daniel never gets caught or me and Cam never escape? What will they do then? We take a sharp, gut wrenching left turn into a charred black driveway. We drive up next to a big mansion. I shoot Cameron that what-the- heck look. He replies back with:

"I've been here before. "

"What for?"

"Family reunion."

"What the heck, why?"

"To keep his family from getting suspicicous." Cameron said.

Daniel got out of the car and came to the door and said:

"Listen Kate and Cameron if you mess this up you both will pay, Kate will no matter what, but Cameron watch your back. Kate your my neice remember. If I see any lovey-dovey going on between you two you'll pay extra. Get it? Got it? Good. Let's get moving."

We walk in and there is a huge table with a bunch of people sitting at the table. Daniel, ahh Daniel! They said.

"Who's that?" one of the children asked.

"My niece Kate." Daniel said sweetly

"She looks like that missing kid on the news.." one of the adults started.

Daniel shot me a dirty look.

"I'm his neice. " I replied.

"On what side?"

My heart stopped, after all this is a family reunion, I don't know what to say.

"My dead mother's ex husband's daughter." Daniel quickly said.

Why hadn't I said who I really was? I could of been saved! Or would they of believed me? We sat down at the table, I was next to Cameron and Cameron was across from Daniel. An older lady came out with a plate of rolls. They looked delicious. They were all hot, buttery, and soft. The thought of eating one made my mouth drool. Then I realized how hungry I actually was. I was so hungry the feeling of hunger was natural. I looked down at my legs and stomach and realized how skinny I am.

"Want a roll dear?" the old lady asked.

"Yes please." I replied back.

I sunk my teeth into the soft buttery roll. It was so good! I forgot what they tasted like. The old lady went back into the kitchen, and came out with several plates of chicken, corn, potatos, turkey, and apple pie. Me and cameron filled ourselves up. It was amazing. After dinner, they led us into the family room for games. All of us played several games for hours. I have to admit, it was pretty fun. Daniel stood up and told everyone we had to leave. They questioned why, but Daniel didn't answer. He motioned us to come to the door, and we did. I turned back and waved to the family. They smiled and waved with little remarks of 'nice to meet yous' and 'I hope we see each other agains'. We walk out the door, and in to the car and me and Cameron were in the car before Daniel. Cameron took advantage of this and quickly whispered in my ear:

"Tonight is the night for escape."
