Soon enough, Harry had come back into the room with a grey shirt on, along with black skinny jeans. He has a glass of water with him. "Here, drink this, and take these it will get rid of that headache." his hair was still dripping. "Does your parents know where you are, or."

"they always think I'm with Jamie, surely she will cover for me if they call. I'll just say i crashed at her place."

"I was suggesting that you wanted to go home first to change before we head off for food?" Harry says, sending me a sly smile. "Evening breakfast sound good?"

"Waffle house? hell yeah." I smile brightly. "what happened to you cooking?"

"I would cook, but my uncle is downstairs," he rolls his eyes. "But waffle house should be just as good."

I had followed harry out of his room, out into his car. He opened the door for me since my hands were full. Sliding inside, I exhaled slowly. His car still had that new car smell. I couldn't believe that a few weeks ago, things were sour between us and now, I was actually sleeping in the same bed as him. i chuckle to myself, as he gets in the car.

"What?" he questions me, as i covered my mouth with my hand.

"Nothing, It's just old jokes that make me laugh."

"I have a joke.." He smirks at me.

"okay.."

"Have you heard about the chocolate record player? It sounds pretty sweet." he looks over at me, and sends me the biggest smile before starting the ignition. The way his face looked is what sent me into laughter, but i give him props for coming up with a decent joke.

"It's a good one. I think i could become a comedian one day. " he smirks brightly. "I was walking down the beach when i heard a swimmer yelling for help with a shark circling him. I just laughed, I knew that shark wasn't going to help him."

I gasped, and he just slaps his knee, and starts cracking up.

the whole car ride home, out conversation was just telling jokes, and laughing. it was honestly one of my favorite moments with Harry.

He had pulled into my house soon enough; I got out with my heels and phone in my hand, and he turned off the car.

I know my mom was at home cause her car was here. I don't know about dad. The door clicked open, and it revealed my mom's face, she had let me inside of the house.

"How. How was your night?" She looks at me, with a concerned look.

"It was okay, I- I just woke up not too long ago."

"At Jamie?" She questions, crossing her arms to her chest. a worried look placed on her face.

I gulp and look down. "I- I was- Harry picked me up and we are going to go out and get something to eat." I breathe, lowly. "Mom, he's not as bad as you think."

She looks at me for a long moment and nods her head. "I should go say hi to your boyfriend." She said looking outside at Harry's vehicle.

"He isn't my boyfriend; he is just a boy who's a friend."  i started getting anxious. "Mom."

"I have already made up my mind." before she walks toward the front door, I grab my phone out of my back pocket and text Harry, but i knew it was too late when i heard my mom greet him through the door.

I run upstairs to my room, and find some clothes to wear, i grabbed a pink, yellow and grey flannel, and some light blue jeans, and headed for the shower. Washing my hair that morning felt so good, i took my time and detangled my hair, blow drying it. washed my face and brushed my teeth.  once i finished and looked at myself in the mirror, i asked me, do i really like Harry, and would this be considered a date?
