Sarah's pov
I don't know what hurts the most, I couldn't even look at him without breaking down. I knew I would. Or knowing that I wasn't planning to talk to him ever again, and I needed a getaway. I walk back inside, locking the door behind me so he wouldn't find a way inside.
I grab my phone and text Jamie. I knew that she would distract me from all of this. She said we can go out somewhere today, and she asked to tag Louis along and I knew I was going to be a third wheel.
I sneezed, feeling a little dizzy afterward and then went to the medicine cabinet and took a few more pills and drank some orange juice. I shouldn't be going out, but I needed to clear my mind.
----
"I had to tell you," she spoke as we walked towards the park. "You both were obviously dating."
She and Louis held hands, he didn't look as sick anymore as me, but he was still sniffling a lot, so was I. He wasn't as talkative today either. But he said. "Something different about him."
"What do you mean?" I asked a little curious.
"Harry's sad." He stated. "Harry can be a lot of emotions a lot of the time, but not sad."
"Oh" I keep my head down.
"I don't think Harry ever had a girlfriend." He sniffed and then sneezed. "So it's all very new to him."
"oh," I muttered, it was all i could say. It was all new to me as well.
"I don't know why he lets everyone see his worst." Louis shakes his head.
He didn't show me his worst, he was actually a nice guy. Before I knew him I would take him to be a dick. But I grew to like him.
And then the memory of the night he took no me to the ice rink. The way he fell and tried to act all mad about it, the way I held his hands to help him.
---
Friday came, I had been feeling better for the past two days, I had gone back to school, and then I played with my hair in the mirror, with a light blue dress on, and also with my hair curled. I sighed and applied makeup onto my face.
"You look so beautiful," Hannah said to me, as she looked at me in the mirror.
"Thanks for helping me out, I owe you big time." I smiled.
"No no, it's okay. I am going to have to get packing up, I found an apartment where we can fit the baby." She told me she was pregnant before Harry and I started hanging out more. She never told me who the father was exactly but, she said I would see him coming around.
"I will be coming back, my daddy wants me learning to run the farm." She grinned. "I have a few more dresses you can totally have them. I am done with the parties and clubbing, motherhood sounds right for me. I have soon to have a family to grow with."
I was so Happy for her. I pulled her into a hug. I give her a tight hug for it was the last one in a while.
"So what happened to you and Harry again?" She asked with a slight frown pulling back. "Something about how he didn't claim you as his girlfriend?"
I nodded my head, I wonder how he is doing. "Things will get better for me. Soon, my life will be in control with time." I look down.
"That's right hun, cherish what you have now, even if life is fucked up and throwing you everywhere. You will look back and say 'wow, I actually had fun my teenage years' trust me, I know I did." She said, grabbing my makeup kit, and applying some makeup to my face. Making me smile.
