["...Are you okay with living a short life yet you were able to experience love? Or are you okay with living a long life without ever experiencing love at all?" ]

Beep! Beep! Beep! Beep! Beep!...

"Moa! Moa, wake up! You need get ready for school! Come on, I'll be getting the car ready. Come on, get up!" yelled Moa's mom desperately trying to wake her daughter up from her slumber.

"Moooooh~! Why does it have to be school already?"

She crawled her way out of bed exposing herself to the cold mornings and into the bathroom. Once dressed and prepped for school, she ate her breakfast, got inside her mom's car, and jetted to school. After school was more quiet than it usually was as everyone was still recovering from their winter break hangover. Many of them had rides home ready for them with the exception of Moa and Yuusuke, who was still recovering from his illness.

"Ugh, I can't believe you're still sick. Is your immune system that bad?"

"If you think this is bad--ha! You should've seen me when I first got sick. Snot and vomit were the only things accompanying me through those times. 'Hello darkness, my old friend...'" Yuusuke started to sing "The Sound of Silence" by Simon & Garfunkel.

"Can you not? English isn't exactly your strong suit. And on top of that your stuffed nose makes you sound like Eeyore from Winnie the Pooh."

"Ya know...speaking of strong suits...did you tell Tendou yet? You know...about how you would drug him and have your way with his body?" Moa poked Yuusuke on his side. "Ow! What? That was a legitimate question!"

"He said that although he loved me, he couldn't because his 'heart won't let him'. Yet, when he confessed to me that he loved me, he was very sincere with his words. I think he was just trying to make it easy on me."

"Bummer. Welp, join the club Kikuchi!"

"What club?"

"The 'Friendzone' club, of course. That's a term I learned from Samantha when she told me about the guys who asked her to be their girlfriend. I don't quite get it honestly, but she said it's a word people use in America when a person asks another person to be their boyfriend/girlfriend but get turned down."

"I guess, Tendou and I were only meant to be friends then. I should've known better."

"Aw, don't get down Moa. You still got me, if that can make up for it. It's not like it's something that he has control over."

"What do you mean?" Moa looked concerned. Feeling like she's catching on to his words, Yuusuke brushes it off as nothing to be concerned about.

"Yuusuke, this is important! Is there something wrong with him?"

"Huh? I dunno. Why are asking me these things all of a sudden?"

"Yuusuke, he was hospitalized during the break. I saw him collapse in front of me and heard paramedics saying his condition was really bad. Losing consciousness doesn't just happen without something else causing it."

"He what?!" Yuusuke was starting to feel concerned as well especially since he knew about Tendou's declining condition.

"Please, Souji. If there's something you know, I need to know. I need to." Moa putting her palms together praying for Yuusuke to tell her as tears began to swell in her eyes.

Thinking to himself, "Oh no. What do I do here?! I made a promise that I wouldn't tell anyone! But Moa's my friend and she also likes Tendou...perhaps she deserves to know. Dammit, do I or don't I?" Yuusuke gave a deep sigh. "Forgive me, Tendou."
