I was panting, my breathing was getting rougher minute by minute. I was running in the woods, not knowing where I was or why was I running and carrying my long, white draped off-shoulder gown wasn't helping my situation. My hair was messy, my gown was torn and dirty from all the running and my feet, since I wasn't wearing any shoes were becoming numb.

I didn't know why was I running, but one thing is for sure, I was fighting for my life, or other's. I was in a hurry not minding the thorny branches that made scratches on my face as I ran.

The night was silent, and the moon was the only thing to illuminate where I was running, but not my heart that was accelarating.

The crisp leaves made sound everytime I stepped on them, and what surprised the hell out of me was someone was following me, repeating the sounds my feet made, but it was gentle, it wasn't running. Yet, I knew on the back of mind and in my heart, that someone couldn't be trusted.

All I could think of was Gael. Where the hell was he? I wanted to shout for help yet as if I had no voice. I kept on running and running, every muscles in my body was tensed, adrenaline rush was starting to decline.

I reached the end of the forest where a cliff could be seen, and at the very edge of it was someone I knew. He was standing on his back yet I was very familiar on that built. His jet black hair was swaying and dancing in the wind, while his hands were in his pockets. As if he knew I was there, he turned to face me, and once again, that smile he made stole my heart. He was wearing a white long sleeved polo and black slacks with two of the uppermost buttons in his polo were left unbuttoned exposing that manly chest.

I felt safe and protected on the sight of him. I wanted to run to him and told him that someone was chasing me. He smiled and open his arms to me and when I was about to run to his side, a familiar sound I easily recognized was heard. It was the sound that I was most familiar with, and it didn't surprise me when an arrow was already in midair targeting Gael. Without hesitation, I wrapped my arms around Gael's neck and with a smile, I tried my hardest not to feel the pain I was expecting to sting for a while.

Gael's eyes widened as he caught me falling in the ground when I received the blow. He was saying something yet I couldn't understand. And after that, my mind drifted into darkness.

Riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiing!

Darn. That was one heck of a dream. It just felt so real; the blood gushing on my back, the fear that enveloped my body as I was slowly drifting and Gael's pain as he saw me.

What was it all about? Was it a premonition? Or just a common dream unrelated in real life?

Riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiing!

The call was persistent, huh?

I checked my watch and silently cursed when I saw the time, 5:12 A.M. I hated the most when people bugged me when I am sleeping. Darn. I grabbed my phone and groaned when I see the caller, my eyes widened in surprise. Oh heavens, help me on this one.

I eagerly sat in the bed and composed myself before answering the call. I justified to myself that I would better answer the call fast or else.

A long and sharp shriek came from the other line as I swiped the receive button.

"The hell, Zoe! You don't have to yell." I said irritably.

"Where the hell are you, Aiah? I went to your house and your maid told me that you were with a classmate doing a project for Foreign Literature, but I never heard our professor gave us any sort of project. So, spill it out, Aiah. Where the hell are you?! " My obvious annoyance didn't seem to affect her in any kind. In fact, she became more adamant on knowing where I am.
