Gael was laughing so hard it got me irritated. No matter what angle I looked at him, he was too freaking handsome. And trust me, I will never get used to that gorgeous face of his.

"I should charge you a fee for staring at me."

"Conceited." I rolled my eyes at him.

"Come here." And when I tried to resist, he just pulled me like a lifeless rag doll as I bumped on his chest. He was lying in the back of the pick up truck while I was on his chest, hearing the beat of his heart.

"So, after hearing everything, does your perception of me changed?" I could sense insecurity in his tone making me want to wrapped him in my arms.

"Yes." I nodded.

His shoulders slumped down a little making me laugh at his reaction. Why, the man with an ego as big as the skyscrapers in New York, could feel a little bit of insecurity, huh? I decided to toy him a little more.

"Yeah. In fact, the way I look at you now is different." I even shrugged my shoulders for a little dramatic effect.

"Just as I thought. I shouldn't have told you--"

"You don't have to worry about it anymore. I'm just happy that you trust me. About your past, I don't think that it's clearly your fault. You were both playful, both ambitious and both young. You never stepped on anyone, so don't be too hard on yourself so you should let go and move on."

"You think so?"

"Uh-huh."

The night was perfect, as we stare on the darkness of the sky and admire the stars twinkling before our eyes. It was simple, yet the feeling was magical, because I am with him.

"Tell me, why did you laugh earlier?" I was intrigued when he laughed at what I said my opinion about Spence.

"It was just that you never sugar coat on things like this. You just give your opinion like nobody gives a shit about it. I like it." He was caressing my hair and my body easily reacted on his single touch. Darn this guy for making for making me this way!

He stretched his arm and gestured me go lay there, taunting me with the signature smile on his lips.

"Come on, I just need a hug, you know."

And before I knew it, we were both lying in the pick up, face to face, with his hand intertwined with mine while the other was use as my head pillow. I never thought that the scene I usually watched in movies would be happening right now. His hand left mine to my dismay only to touch my now reddening cheeks. The warmth  of his hand warmed my soul, creating thousand of butterflies churning in my stomach. My heart was racing inside my rib cage and I bet he can hear how loud he affect me. And to my surprise, he began singing.

"To me you are more than just skin and bones. You are elegance and freedom and everything I know. So come on and... "  His voice was enough to make me shudder, and warmth in my cheeks were felt as his fingertips playfully trace my cheeks.

"Baby let your hair down...Let me run my fingers through it...We can be ourselves now. Go ahead, be foolish. No one's on the clock now... Lying in this simple moment, you don't gotta worry now. Just let your hair down..."  

I was there, laying beside him, resting my head on his arm with my mouth opened. Why, this man never fail to surprise me. 

"Tell me when, tell me when, tell me when...when I can steal a sweet kiss right from you. I'm diving in, I'm diving in, I'm diving in. The water's warm right here."  His lips started to tease my cheeks, slowly tracing the outline of my jaw while still singing the song.
