So i realized that i have to actually work out in order to lose weight, not just think about doing it, duh.
I know it's not a lot, in fact it's almost nothing, but i did 75 squats and 20 crunches. At least it is something.
Today is tuesday, i'm hoping to be able to weigh myself by thursday or friday. Last time (i think sunday) i was 157.4 lbs
Anyways it's getting late so i gotta go.
