Chapter 46: You Look Familiar

I wake up and I feel someone else in my bed. I don't remember much of last night and I don't even know how we get home. I turn over and it's her. How the FUCK did she get here and why was she in my bed? "Dana?" I whisper to her. My heart sunk to my stomach. She caused me so much pain back in college.

I never really got over her. I just drowned my feelings with lots of drugs. She began to wake up and I froze. She looked at me and smiled. I wanted to say something but nothing came out. I got up and ran to the bathroom trying to think. I wanted her to leave but I didn't want her to leave. My heart was pounding and I could feel the hurt that lingered from her.

I hear a knock on the door, "Jade?". Oh fuck, it's her! "Look, I wanted to apologize for everything that happened. I was mean to you and I'm sorry" She said softly. I opened the door, she looked at me with sad eyes. I don't know how or why I forgave her right then and there but I did and I hugged her. "It's alright, let the past be the past" I say softly.

We both sit in the living room. I wasn't sure where Tommy was. He wasn't sleeping in here when we walked in. I looked at Dana, she was still beautiful. She's changed alot though. She has red hair now. Her hair used to be a dark brown. She looked really good with red hair. I slowly started to remember why I fell in love with her in the first place. She was beautiful and even though she hurt me she treated me well sometimes. She was nice sometimes.

Then she would be high, and just it all went downhill from there. I started doing heroin with her and it was just all bad from there. I did more then just heroin, I was popping pills, snorting cocaine, drinking, I even did meth a few times. I was really really bad back then. I'm surprised I look as young as I do. I guess I can thank my mom's genes for that.

I hear Naomi get up and leave her room quickly. I wasn't sure why. She ran in the living room and just stayed at us. She gave me a very confused and pissed off look.
