"You're going to... let me live?" You asked, finding your voice through the surprise. Upon hearing the news of your survival, you had gone into a minor phase of shock. Slenderman hadn't moved from his desk and instead leaned back in his chair with an air of impatience. "Yes. With conditions of course."

Conditions was the word you were expecting. BEN glanced at you from over his shoulder, a look of pure success across his features. "What conditions do you have, Slendyman?" BEN asked with an air of arrogance. Slenderman telepathically sighed before speaking. "Yes. Conditions. You, (Y/n), must become a killer if you want to remain alive. That and you must live here. You're parents may never, never know of this." Pain shot through your chest at the mention of your parents. Killing innocent human beings? You might, a very slim might, be able to handle that. But leaving your parents behind was a more complicated matter.

BEN placed a hand gently on your shoulder, the other wiping away a stray, unnoticed tear that leaked down your cheek. "I know it's difficult (Y/n), but it really is your only option." You shrugged off his hand and nodded. "I-I suppose... I could do it." Slenderman nodded, expecting the results of his conditions. You wrapped your arms around yourself and stared at the floor. You had been dreading your own death so deeply that you didn't think how it would affect those you cared about.

"Do I get to say goodbye though?" You asked, staring straight at the Slenderman. If you were going to live here, you might as well get used to the fact that this... inhuman creature was to be your boss. Slenderman reluctantly nodded. "If you must, I suppose we could allow it. You may also grab a few personal items for your room here." You smiled gratefully and turned to leave, BEN close behind you. "Remember (Y/n). You cannot tell any one where you are going."

The easy part of this whole ordeal would be the moving in. The hardest part would be to say goodbye, especially because you couldn't do it in person. Your parents were still out of town and there wasn't much you could do about that. A simple phone call would have to be enough of a farewell. It surprised you that you even considered killing other human beings for mere survival.

"(Y/n). I'm sorry I roped you into this." BEN said once you were out of the room. You walked down the hallway in silence before smiling slightly. "It isn't all your fault. I...I could just die, but I don't want to end up dead. Not now." You said, smile faltering. It took great amounts of strength to hold back the tears you felt you were about to spill. You were afraid if you started crying you wouldn't be able to stop the typhoon of emotions you held behind your mask.

You made your way down the stairs, leaning heavily on the railing for support. Once you reached the bottom you ran straight to the out doors, not willing to speak to any of the killers inside. You'd have plenty of time to speak to them after this was all over. BEN ran out after you and grabbed onto your wrist in a strong grasp. "(Y/n), you don't have to do this." He said, concern evident on his elfish features. You turned to face him and shook your head, pulling your wrist away from him. "No BEN. I do have to do this. I don't want to, but I also don't want to have to die. Is that how you want this all to end BEN?" You asked, slightly distressed. It couldn't be more clear to him, you thought. Becoming a killer meant to ditch those you knew and loved to destroy the innocent, but not doing so meant dying young.

You were faced with a tough decision. Die young and innocent or live as a murderer with your new killer boyfriend?
