Its been almost a week since the incident with James on the farris wheel. I've been completely ignoring him in school because its just too weird to talk to him knowing I did that.

I don't have any classes with him, so I was able to evade him but, I'll have no choice to face him sooner or later.

I still haven't told Abby the whole story yet and Kyle has even come up to me, telling me James was looking for me. I just can't at the moment. If they knew, they would be doing the same.

I mean, what will I say?

"I grabbed your crotch but its OK now because I love you." That was just so embarrassing. I got all red-faced just thinking about it.

The fact that I'm undoubtedly in love with him has torn me apart. The more I ran from him, the deeper I sank in the pool of love I had for him. It won't be long until I drown and be lost forever.

I wanted to be his.

But...

I'm too afraid of what he might say and I know I can't run from him forever. Sooner or later.

I shiver at the sudden fact that Devon Smith's party is tonight.

Crap.

I plopped down on the edge of my bed. I place my elbows on my knees and rested my face in my palms. I lowered my head even more as I thought deeper.

I forgot all about the party. I guess running from your crush for a week gives you amneisa. I try to shake the thought of James out my head and become a tad sick. Sadly, I could only imagine what might happen when I see him tonight.

I hear a knock at the door and I jumped to my feet. I shuffle my feet as I take my time walking down the creeky stairs. I dragged my hand across the smooth baige wall then I grab for the knob. I open the door revealing the one and only Abby Nichols.

"Hey babe." She just walked in like she lived here, but I didn't mind really. Really, I didn't. Her perfume lingered as she slid by, leaving the smell of cherry blossom in the atmosphere. I scanned her attire and was already admiring her appearance. "Hey Abby, you look amazing."

And she did.

She had this black dress that stopped at her knees, pearl earrings and a charming gold necklace around her neck. The dress complimented her figure, not hiding a single curve. Her golden hair was so vibrant and full of volume. She looked model material, ready for a photo shoot.

"You look sexy." I said drooling at the next Ms.Universe before me. "Really?" She said as if she thought I was lying. "Your smoking right now." I said walking toward the steps. A smile was sculpted on her face and she twirled around. "Aww thanks, I was hoping you like it." She said joyfully.

"I hope your changing." She laughed as I felt her pointing at my superman pj's. "Hey what's wrong with superman." I scowled. "Haha, oh nothing. I just think Batman is better."

She just went against Superman. World War III has been initiated.

"Your crazy, Superman will crush Batman any day." I said defending my role model. "Nah, all Batman needs to do is throw green rocks at him and bye bye Superman." She said feeling like she won the argument.

We continued are debate on the better hero in my room. This conversation went on for about 10 mins because it was the serious. I peered over my shoulder to see a gorgeous Abby and the clock.

It was 7PM.

"We'll finish this later." I slyly commented. "I'm waiting on it." She implied giving me a smirk and sticking her tongue out.
