Libby's POV
Wow.The portal was a bluish-purplish oval with a red perimeter and a tiny crown on the top. Squinting, I noticed the extremely small gems decorating the golden crown.
"Lets go. You have your sword ready?" Bridget said like we weren't about to go and fight who knows how many demons.
"Yup," I said casually, though really I was super nervous and scared.
"Libby," she said.
"Mhm?" I can't believe that we're already at the portal . . .
"You're the best friend ever." I smiled.
"Thanks. You too."
"Ok. I'll go first."
She stepped in and disappeared. This is it. Time to face one of my biggest fears-fights. I stepped in and closed my eyes.
Bump.
My body went numb.
Crash!
At least I can think.
Bang!
