"So.... Spill." Ymir exclaims as they arrive at Armin's house. They decided to crash at Armin's as his grandpa had gone on a fishing trip with some friends for a few days.

"Spill what?"

Ymir rolled her eyes and flopped onto Armin's knee, "Don't play dumb i have two questions," she stated, "number one, since when were you dating Eren, and number two... why didn't you tell me?"

"Well," Armin started threading his fingers few Ymir's hair, "number one since never and two I was planning on telling you anyway."

Ymir sprang up from Armin's knee, "What the fuck do you mean you're not together?!"

"I'm being his fake boyfriend to try to help make Levi jealous." It sounded stupid once he'd finally admitted it, this whole idea was dumb.

"Oh shit... but isn't he— you know Erwin Smith's boyfriend? So why is Eren still trying to go out with Levi, I'm pretty sure it's never gonna happen plus it's like Levi doesn't even have a personality just a pretty face." Ymir says softly as she rubs Armin's back.

When Armin doesn't reply Ymir asks him softly— "Are you okay? You don't look so hot."

"I'm fine, just shaken up, my first kiss had no fucking meaning whatsoever and that makes me really annoyed and kinda sad." Armin sighs putting his head in his arms. "I wanted it to be with someone special."

"That wasn't your first kiss Armin."

"My lips touched Eren's didn't they, therefore is was a kiss."

"Well done Ar for pointing out the obvious," Ymir laughs softly before continuing, "but it had no meaning, that may have been your first lip touching experience but it wasn't with anyone that you like or love so it's not even worth worrying about, plus drunken kisses are never real unless you're dating, so it really wasn't your first kiss."

"I hate to admit this but you're right Ymir, thank you." Armin smiles sadly as he engulfs his tall friend in a hug.

It meant everything that he was so close with Ymir, to be honest if  he didn't have Ymir then he doesn't know what he'd do. Ymir could still be at that party right now, getting closer to Krista and drinking and having fun but instead she was sitting with Armin comforting him.

Yes Eren was one of his best friend along with Mikasa and Marco, but they all have other friends that they'd rather hang out with too.

He was just so grateful for Ymir.

"So do you like Eren?"

"What? No way! I can't like Eren he's one of my best friends, it'd ruin our relationship if we actually started dating. Plus he's madly in love with Levi so I have no chance."
