Author's note:

What woukd make a hero in real life? In everyday context a hero is already in all of us. We mad a mad dash to catch on the next train or bus so that we can witness our friends performance or last farewell. As some times just by being there for that special someone, you are a hero in their eyes. It can be the fireman who risk his life to save others in fire, or the doctor who helps ressuciate our love ones just from the brink of death. There are heroes everywhere and what ever they do. It can be the student who fights for scholarship so that the parents can save money for their retirement This chapter is for all the heroes out there. You are one.

Phamtom's path in this chapter would take him to a path from a world class thief into an adventure to defeat the dark force of the Black Mage, Sometimes when life intertwines and knocks him down and that's when Phantom reveals all his potential and trully shine. The death of Aria, gave him new purpose and strength. People out there can trully shine too. Never let defeat bring you down, you can get back up stronger. And you can too.

A hero is someone ordinary who find the strength and preserve and endure despite the overwhelming obstacles. -- Christopher Reeves, former Superman.

---------------

Phantom and Lotus was reaching where Freed cabin was at a break neck speed. And when they ariive they are at teh cabin area. Phantom's hair was well mesy... and Lotus white hair was still immaculate. Phantom with his eyes still squinting from the fast paced of the silver mane, then gave Lotus an incredulous expression on how on earth did Lotus manage to keep his hair still immaculate.

Lotus then gave a slight grin to Phantom as in saying that he knew what Phantom was thinking with his hair. And Phantom gave a smirk in reply as he readjust his blonde hair combing his hair with his fingers.

Lotus then took out a piece of meat from his pouch from a Reindeer meat. "Good girl!" Lotus said, as the meat placed infront of the Silver Mane was a huge chunk. Which the Silver Mane ate happily on the meal from carrying two heavy Electrophant on his back today or so the Silver Mane thought. Because anything that's heavy is associated to be an Electrophant in the Silver's Mane brain.

But even though, the Silver Mane is almost void of intelligence, it makes it up by its ability to charge at high acceleration force thats enough to topple a stationary modern car.

"Here we are," said Lotus as he gestured to the Cabin direction.

Phantom enjoyed the lush greenery there and he felt at peace being an isolated forest. The air there's fresh and you can hear the water flowing from a nearby mountain stream. He appreciates the gentle silence, since for the past week it has been so chaotic for him... till Lotus comment brought him back to reality.

"Heys buddy, I have to make a move, but I will see you around and we can catch up again," Lotus offered as he re-mount his Silver Mane.

Phantom offered his hand shake, "Alright see you Lotus." And gave an assuring hand shake for a sligtht while flollowed by a smile. "Where you would be heading too?"

"I am sorry buddy I can say man. As suddenly Lotus shifted his gaze away from Phantom. As if he is hiding something.

"No trouble at all," Phantom gave an assuring voice of confidence.

"Alright see you!"

"See you!"

And Lotus made haste away, Phantom waited for awhile, till he then produce a letter from his cape. Which was addressed to Lotus and the back of the letter has a black color wax seal that's open with the initial of B.M.

To which the whole letter when he opened was mostly empty except for a line written:

Meet at Sleepywood.

Date

Time

Location

It was a really odd letter thought Phantom why was the letter was never completed?

And Phnatom just gave a voluntarilly shrug and took a cloth fabric out, it was a leather from Lotus glove just now. And he noticed that it has some burned and jagged marks. "I see that Lotus is heading into the deeper parts of Sleepywood where the Ice, Dark and Fire Drakes are. But why?"

The deeper side of Sleepywood has always been a no go for most adventurers as Tauromacis, Drakes and Balrogs would most often means danger and that place is scarry as with razor sharp stalatites and stalagmites and gigantic mutated snails easilly spanning 3 feets. Not to mention carnivorous. Nearly non-existant lightings. And bats with red eye glares, most would have nightmares just crossing over. The thought of going through Sleepywood dungeon just gave him the shiver down his spine. And he decided to shrug it off and move on.  As it's just a fear and he can over come it because there's an more important task in front of him, which is for him to find Freed.

Phantom approached the wooden door of the cabin, fine oak, the strudy type, and interestingly there's an engraving what appeared to  be a warrior like human with horns and metal armour in the shape of a dragon wiedling a double- handed sword. And the another opposing with disheveled hair Phantom's fingers trace the nice art work with his finger tip and it was crafted really well.

*Knock**Knock* Phantom rapped his knuckles towards the door, and waited, "Hello, is there anyone home?" Silence.

And with no reply, he decided there's no harm entering the house first and Freed should be back as he saw the traces of smoke emmiting from chimney. Giving signal that there's some one still occupying this hut.

When Phantom first entered the cabin's verstibule, he noticed the wide array of books that cover every nook and cranny of the wall place, it it's cram full of books, and you can tell by the ammount of books read by Freed he is a voracious reader for wisdom. The air that filled the space is rich with musty smell and overwhelmnig source of knowledge ready to leap out from the pages to reward its reader.

Phantom then noticed through the open window by the library and there was a full moon that night, that reminded him of the few remaining nights he had with Aria, as he walts with her beneath the beautiful moon beam. He felt happy at first and tears start to trickle then start to swell up again when he realised Aria is gone and no longer around.

Phantom materialises a card and stare intently at it, and the card scintilates beneath the moon beam. It shows two figure as in a waltz, But its hard to tell whats the image on it as its all in a blur. As if the camera cannot zoom in near enough.

*To which the sound of the cabin door creek opened. A silhouettes loomed by the cabins entrance.

"The infamous Phantom appears at my door step," and the camera tilt from the angle of Freed's red boot and revealved Freed.

So tell me is your conscious that heavy? continued Freed.

* Acard revolves around the fingertip of Phantom. Phantom never usher a word, clearly deep in pensieve thoughts.

*Card flew from Phantom hands towards Freed with the wind and landed nearer to Freed.

What is it? A confessions? said Freed.

*The card settled unto the ground.

*Freed took the card from the ground and the guard can be heard sliding sound from the surface of wooden floor.

It looks like the Black Mage made a big mistake by stealing the wrong treasure

*Freed chuckled

*Phantom still gazed at the moon, immobile and remained silent all the while Freed spoke.

Alright I hope you can keep your hands to yourself Alfrien Hates thief,

*Freed threw back the card to Phantom, which Phantom took the cards back with style just using his fore fingers. He looks back and Freed with renewed vigor.

*The cards then disintegrated .into tiny red shards.

This scoundrel turned hero, is a big cliche isn’t it? said Phantom.

*Phantom then took a swift swish of his white cape and the credits rolled out.

In the pitch darkness, Freed said, “Let’s find Luminous.”
