I hugged her, I never hugged people, let alone some girl I just met, what is wrong with me? She stiffened before quickly suggesting we head back to camp. I couldn't help but smile as I led her to the armory, I said I would show her around and she needs a weapon. "You can pick a weapon, well more the weapon will pick you." I told her as we entered, she gave me a look of 'what the hell?'but, walked towards the weapons anyway. I watched as she examined a few weapons before picking up a Stygian Iron sword that had light grey specks on the handle. I gasped in suprise when I saw the name of the blade she had chosen, κηδεμόνας or Guardian in english. Guardian is a blade that hadn't been used since World War I, it was said to belong to a child of Hecate and Thanatos' roman version Mors. "What? Whats wrong with this sword?" She asks me unaware of my freak out. "That sword hasn't chose anyone since World War I, when it belonged to a half-roman half-greek god. That's a powerful sword Neysa, are you sure nothing else calls out to you?" I ask her, she shakes her head, deep in thought. "Alright, lets go get Percy to teach you how to use that." I tell her, I'm a great fighter, but I don't teach, I don't have the patience for new demigods. I lead her to the arena where I hoped Percy would be training. He was training with Annabeth, well it was more like flirting, "Hey Percy!" I called him over, Annabeth came too. "What's up?" he asked, I replied simply, "I need you to train Neysa." He nodded and began, I didn't really pay attention, just stared blankly. "We missed you guys at lunch, where were you?" Annabeth asked me, I had two options, lie or tell the truth, the truth would conflict with the deal. "I was just explaing some things to her." I told her a half truth, we talked she explained to me though, close enough. Annabeth wasn't convinced buatht nodded anyway. Soon the others came up to watch Percy train Neysa, she was doing surprisingly well for a new demigod. Suddenly Neysa was knocked backwards when she deflected a blow from Percy, she was gasping for breath. Percy walked over to her, concerned, "Oh Gods I'm so sorry. Here let me help you." then Percy was on the ground and Neysa was standing over him. "You're too nice." Neysa told him, her sword pointed at his throat, Percy scowled while Leo began to laugh. "Man, I forgot how great you were Neysa." He said while laughing, a few others from the seven joining in, including Annabeth. Neysa helped Percy up when he surrendered, "Are you sure you've never fought before, you're good." He said, obviously thinking out loud. Neysa gave him a confused look, "I've fought before, just not with swords." she said it slowly as if talking to a 3 year old. We were all silent until Hazel, my roman half-sister, spoke up "Come on Neysa I'll show you the rest of camp." Neysa smiled and followed her out of the arena. As they left I didn't miss Neysa giving me a quick glance, and Hazel giving me the look of 'we're talking about this later'.
