Hazle showed me around the rest of camp, this place is huge and kind of cool, but no one needs to know about that. After she finished showing me around, Hazel went back to her cabin and I went to mine. While I was playing with my new sword, not necessarily the smartest idea on my part, it changed into a black ring. A little bit after that the horn for food blew, I made my way to food, proud I remembered the way. Like at breakfast I sat beside Leo, Nico sat on my other side. A girl I hadn't seen before came up and sat on the other side of Leo, he turned and kissed her, I turned away, too much PDA. "Calypso this is my old friend Neysa, Neysa this is my girlfriend Calypso." Leo said after he was finished with his PDA. I nodded my head and gave her a -fake- smile. They all talked while I ate in peace, "So, Calypso, where were you yesterday?" Jason asked Leo's girl friend. "The Gods wanted to double check I wasn't evil, they still don't trust me." she told them, good thing she's not evil then. I finished my food, white chilli and cream soda, and headed back to my cabin. Soon after I arrived Jason came in, "Hey, we should probably set some ground rules." He said as he came in, I nodded. He began,"Alright, just don't get in my stuff," I raised an eyebrow at him silently asking 'seriously?' he ignored me and countined, "when you're in your ummmm periodic thingy uhhhh don't bleed everywhere." I burst out laughing, I almost never laughed but I couldn't help myself. He's a year older than me and he can't say period? I couldn't stop laughing, its unbelievably, beautifuly, hilarious. Jason just stared at me while I laughed at him, his face was red, but he had a slight smile. "Come on, we need to go to campfire." Jason sdaid trying to hide his emmbarresment, I followed, snickering silently. When we reached the campfire I found the others looking at Jason and I strangley. "What'd we miss?" Percy asked while looking between us, my eyes probably turning a more electric blue due to happiness and Jason's face tomato red. "Nothing." Jason spoke quickly, "Jason won't say period, he's like a middle schooler.(no offense) Girls bodies make him uncomfortable." I replied while smiling evilly. I snickered while he protested, apparently I was laughing too hard at him, because they ended their laughter pretty quickly. I end up sitting next to Nico again, its like I gravitate towards him, freaky. After the other campers sang a few songs, I sat there not paying attention, Chiron made an announcement, "We'll be having the Romans over for Capture the Flag this Friday, remember no killing or maiming. That's all for tonight." What is Capture the Flag?" I ask turning to Nico slightly, "It's where all the cabins are separated into two teams and they fight to get each other's flag." he explained barley looking at me, then a girl with red hair ran to the center of the campfire and collapsed. A second later her eyes opened intoa smokey green and her voice sounded deep throut the clearing as she spoke,
"The hearth is chained,
Itallian blood will fight,
with all their might,
Try they will but never fail
or serpents tail will prevail,
Others may follow but never fail
Or tales of heores end forever."
Everyone was silent as the girls eyes became normal looking, what had just happened? What did it mean? What the hell?
