Lorraine Donegan and Nikki Boston, since there kiss where will this attraction lead?

Chapter 1 -

Lorraine Donegan

They need this place don't they" Isaid,after the day we've had... No one could deny "Who" Nikki said in hergorgeous accent "Kids... No matter what crazy things are going on in therelives, waterloo roads here to mop them up, keep them safe" Nikki smiled "You just realised" .again Nikki said in her gorgeous accent. Idon't no why but me and Nikki just seemed to get each other' we got on so well, I smiled. "You just realised?" Her voice so soft, I started packing my things away from her desk, " i don't think anyone can question your appointment after all this today" I looked at her as I spoke, it went quiet, I carried on tidying up. "It wasn't, erm just the staff I wanted to prove myself to" She said awkwardly it went quiet again, so I looked at her, are eyes not meeting. I wasn't sure what she meant, then she came out with it "I" she was looking at the floor... Hesitant she said "don't want people to think I'm your puppet"

Hmmm.... I no I can be seen as strict, and have a reputation but truly I'm a big softly inside. So I replied, "Whhaaat? You think I gave you the job so I could .............. Pull the strings? She shruged, I didn't no what eles I could say, so I reassured her. My heart started beating faster as I walked closer "Nikki, the last thing I think of you, is that your........ *thinking of a word*.... Manageable"

It must of been the write word as she smiled, whilst giving a little laugh. My heart still beating, getting faster... That fast you may of been able to hear it! "I've got some amazing plans for this place, and you and me, we're the onces to make it happen" I was had come to a holt, like a horse in dressage, Nikki smiled back at me and then I guess you could say we had a 'moment'. Our eyes meeting, what was next? It was silent. I had butterfly's, and then I went in, I didn't know whether I was picking up on the right signals or not, our lips met, just one peck then I pulled away. Our eyes, looking into each other and then we both went in, our lips meeting, it was magical. Lock lipping are tongues teased each other... All the time I've known Nikki, all the moments we'd had together makes this first kiss so special, simple but special. We both pulled away, are magical moment ending, we both smiled at each other. "Sorry".. I didn't no what else to say, what just happened? "Don't apologies!" Nikki said smiling, "your a great kisser" Nikki teased, that made me laugh. I got my bag and we started walking to the car. I was speechless, "you ok to have a lift home?" "Yeah as long as its ok with you" Nikki winked. So what was going to happen after today? I don't no what this meant but I had a good feeling about this, I smiled as I drove her home.

I revved up the engine and off we went, it was quiet, with some music on in the background, *Do you want the truth or something beautiful, by Paloma Faith* we looked at each other and smiled. "Your not what I thought, I mean I know we've known each other for a while, but like the first time I met you" Nikki said honestly. We both smiled at each other again. "I no, I guess you could say I have a bit of a reputation but I want you to no it's only because I like to work hard, as do you" I winked.  

We were getting close to her apartment now, looked little from the outside, but it was a beautiful place, almost as beautiful as her. It had sea views, and in the summer, well that's another story. "Here we are" I said pulling up, "Thanks Lorraine" she said smiling. "Anytime, same time tomorrow?"... "Well I feel a bit lazy, seeing I do have a car of my own" Nikki said "It's no trouble, I don't live far away, I practically have to drive straight past, it seems silly not to." I smiled reassuring her. "Ok, cheers lorraine" her smiles were the beautiful, she had a dimple which added to her beauty, it was cute. "See you tomorrow then" I said smiling. I drove off waving, back to mine.

Pulling up to my house I drove up to the electric gate, then as it opened I drove down the long drive way. Driving past the other six houses in the estate, I got to my house, I liked the outside to look good but I wasn't into gardening neither did I have the time so Eddie one of the gardeners who looks after the public garden, in the middle of the estate with the houses around it, agreed to do the front garden of my house as well. He was in a family gardening business on the estate, his mum, dad, grandad, older brother and sister. They had a little house on the estate, and a flower shop/garden centre just a little drive down the road, his mum normal would work down there with his sister while the boys would deal with the estate. It covered a lot of land, with a woodland around the estate and a river that followed through, it was a beautiful place, very private. Eddie was outside as I pulled up "Hey, how's work?" He said like a gentlemen "Good thanks, the usual" I laughed, he laughed to. "I mowed the lawn, in the front, do you want me to do the back to?" Eddie said while neatening up the plant pots "erm, well if its not too much trouble ? I no it's his job but I felt bad asking "Course not, I enjoy doing it, I'll just get this finished and ill come and do it, couldn't leave the back gate open could you?".. Eddie was like a brother, in fact the whole family were like a family to me, so friendly and kind. "Yeah, sure... I'll just let the dogs in the kennels, see you later then" I smiled and went inside. I have the 5 pugs that I shared my home with, Lula and Ozzy had 3 puppies last year and I had to keep hold of them, pouring out a glass of wine, I went into the office and thought I better get some work done... And they say work stays at work. It was getting late but Michael counted on me, the school counted on me. So I stayed up a little later the usual making sure all was ready for tomorrow. 

I could feel myself drifting off to sleep.
