Chapter Two (Wanted Love)

Chapter two -

Nikki Boston

Beep, Beep, Beep... My alarm waking me up, I spose I should be getting up. Throwing the duvet covers onto the other side of the bed I quickly jump out of bed as the cold air met my warm body. I jump into the hot shower, a hot shower always wake me up I thought.

Then with a towelwrapped aroundu me I went over to the wardrobeand picked out some clothes. A smartpair of black trousers, a plain shirt and blaze, I wasn't sure whether to put earrings in and a bit more make up than usual? I mean it wasn't like I was trying to impress a certain someone, ha! I gave a little laugh and got dressed. I can't believe where the time was going, all ready I went downstairs and put the news on. Pouring out myself so orange juice the door bell went, that was strange I thought... Who could it be. I opened the door and it was... LORRAINE! "Oh hey!" I said sounding a bit shocked "Don't worry, I no I'm early but I thought I'd leave early and go to the bakers?... So here you go" she said "Awrr Lorraine, thank you... Well you better come in" I smiled whilst looking into the bag "Mmm my favourite" how sweet of her! "Drink?" I thought I better offer "err, yes coffee if that's alright. I am sorry to shock you like this" Lorraine said looking a bit worried. "No worries hunny! It's a lovely thought... You really are a big softy inside!" I winked. Whilst the kettle was boiling I grabbed two plates down for are breakfast, then pouring out are coffees we both went into the lounge whist watching the news.  

Taking a bite into mine "Mmmm, this is lush!... Oh you've spoiled me!" I said laughing.

I was so grateful... Lorraine was a genuine kind and caring person, Lorraine started laughing "I only brought you breakfast Nikki, are you really that easy to please?" We both looked at each other and laughed "Yep, I guess I am" hahaha I said laughing. Finishing off my coffee and danish I took mine and her plates through and into the dishwasher... Then she brought through her mug, "Thanks" putting it into the dishwasher. Then bending over I picked up my hand bag, as I did so Lorraine smacked my bum! "hey" I said, she laughed and I turned around. We had another moment, looking at each other and laughing she pulled me in close holding and cuddling me, i felt secure then once again are lips met, I could taste her strawberry lipgloss, her lips were just the right moisture. Then we pulled away from each other and smiled. "Ok, so you about ready to go?" Lorraine said cautions of the time "Yeah, I'll just go get my coat"

Walking out the door to Lorraine's car "So you ready for a full, fun packed day at Waterloo road" she smiled and winked at me "I sure am"  

We both got into her car and drove off to work.

Arriving at Waterloo road, Michael was already walking into the school, as we pulled up he stopped and waited. "Here's the boss" Lorraine said laughing, she was a right laugh sometimes. Getting out the car I we walked over to Michael "Hey, you alright?" I said in my Scottish accent, we all walked into the school, "you ready for the meeting Michael?" Lorraine asked, "yeah of course Lorraine" I left them to it and went to my office. I felt weird seeing the last time I was here me and Lorraine shared that passionate kiss, I smiled. I did think however Lorraine was a busy women who always put work first, so maybe it wasn't such a good idea to get my hopes up?.

Anyway cracking on as usual, I turned the computer on, setting my lessons up for the day while discovering I had a free period. Then I went to my classroom, hoping I may bump into Lorraine, however I didn't.

*School bell rings*

Year 12 first, great what a way to start the day. They all came into my classroom, Barry, Jodie and the rest. When the had settled down I began the lesson. Then as it was ending, I packed up to go back to the office and make good use of my free period. Walking down the corridor Lorraine came round the corridor! I couldn't help but smile. "Nikki" she said... Ohh her voice... It was just so caring. "Good meeting?... I've got a free"..."yeah the usual, oh it's funny you should say that, would it be alright if I came in to do some work, "she said winking "Sharing with Michael has made me need a change" she said, we both laughed. Looking into her eyes, "Yeah, sure.. Lets go"
