=HAZEL'S POV =

I struggled to keep up with the others as we sprinted towards the Big House. After the incident at the Jackson's, we'd gone straight back to camp, which left Nico even more drained than before. Annabeth had immediately gone to Chiron, wanting to ask the old centaur for his advice. Frank, Nico and Will had gone with her, which left me stuck with Jason, Leo and Piper. Not that that was a bad thing.

As soon as they had left, Piper had immediately shared her idea of what Tartarus could have meant when he'd left that message. I could tell that she was still miffed about what had happened at Rachel's cave. Jason had stolen her spotlight when he got Percy's clue right about the 'TV on Wheels,' and now she intended to get it back. I never knew that Piper would react like this, but hey, everyone has a side to them that they don't want to share, right? But the question was, how had Percy known about Tartarus' message?

"Guys come on! We don't have all day, you know!" Piper yelled impatiently as she stood on the front porch of the Big House.

"Jeez lady, give us a break." Leo huffed as he sped up his pace. "Not all of us have a flying boyfriend."

I smirked at Leo's antics. Piper was only there first because Jason had volunteered to fly her the rest of the way.

"Well not all of us are as amazing as I am," Jason puffed out his chest as Piper laughed and slapped his arm, earning a peck on the cheek from Jason. Then they both laughed and headed inside.

After what felt like a million years, Leo and I finally made it to the Big House. We instantly collapsed on the front steps, panting and drenched with sweat. Piper and Jason were already inside, chatting and admiring the antique furniture that surrounded them. Slowly, I managed to haul myself inside.

"I...really...need...to...work...out...more." Leo said between breaths as he collapsed on the sofa.

Piper and Jason turned around, as if just noticing that we were there. A grin immediately broke out on Jason's face. "Hey Leo..." His eyes darted to the entrance of the rec room. "Winner plays first!"

Leo's eyes widened, then a determined smirk made its way up his face. "You're so on." Then the two boys raced inside, pushing and shoving each other to get there first.

"Hey! We need to get up to the attic- Jason!" Piper yelled after them as she followed them into the rec room. After a minute's hesitation, I decided to see what they were doing. Although, I couldn't help but feel like a third wheel- Piper, Jason and Leo had been friends long before they met me. Plus, they'd been staying at Camp Half Blood for over a year now, if you include the months before the war with Gaea. Whereas, I had only been to camp on a few occasions, mostly to see my friends or because there was a problem that concerned Camp Jupiter. I shook my head as I pushed these thoughts to the back of my mind. I needed to focus on saving Percy.

When most people enter the rec room, they find all the cabin counselors sitting around the ping pong table. What I found was a sixteen year old girl rolling her eyes as she watched two boys fight over an ancient looking gaming system nestled in the corner of the room.
