I woke up to the rusty leaves touching my naked body, I got up and saw someone had left me some black trousers, a grey top and my leather jacket. From the scent It was Stacey who had left them. Maybe we could be friends. As I was putting my clothes on, I heard the leaves crunch, it continued and it got louder and closer. My vampire arms were alarmed and so I turned around with my bare chest. There stood Caleb. We both stood awkwardly before I turned around and rapidly put my top on, I could feel my cheeks getting warm.
"Tyler's a Juodas wolf". Caleb spoke softly, it always made me anxious the way he spoke.
"Yeh, I saw last night". I said turning around to Caleb who was now closer to me.
"He's pretty powerful, alpha material". Caleb said putting emotion in the last two words.
"Yeh, are you thinking about letting him join the pack?". I said nervously looking at my hands.
"Maybe, I'm still thinking". He said scraping his boots into the leaves.
"You don't have to". I said.
Caleb looked up at me and nodded.
"Well school starts in an hour so I gotta get home". I said smiling.
"Yeh sure, and Nims it's pretty brave that you turned for us". He said smiling back at me.
Caleb rarely smiled and when he did he meant it. He was never a talkative person and he never showed any emotion, this always intrigued me. My heart skipped as he called me 'Nims' he hadn't called me that in ages.
At school
I sat down on the desk next to Caleb and Delilah. Our first lesson was English and I'm pretty sure Tyler was in my class, but I couldn't see him anywhere."Nims are you okay? You look really tired". Delilah said resting her delicate hand on mine.
"Yes...no I have to find Wolf boy". I blurted out before I ran out of the classroom.
I flit to Tyler's home and didn't bother to knock, I just barged in and ran upstairs to Tyler's room where he was sitting with a smirk on his stupid face.
"Tyler I am going to kill you". I said shouting at him.
"Oh Nims I forgot to tell you I wasn't going to come to school". He said slowly hiding his smirk.
"Only my friends call me Nims!". I said stomping my foot.
"Well I guess we're friends then". He said, smiling at me.
