Chapter Eighteen: A Second Battle

"Where are we suppose to start?" Ron said as they walked through the wood

Harry lead them to where he dropped it that time, everyone started searching.

"Accio!" Hermione said

"Do you really think it will work?" Draco said

"Well.. It worth a try." she shrugged then turned around to continue searching.

Ron and Hermione walked left when Draco and Harry went to the right side, Hermione Brant to take a better look to the ground. Her fingers slowly removed the dry leafs, she sighed then stood straight looking at Ron.

"How we're gonna find it?" she said

Ron shrugged before turning back to what he was doing, they searched every inch but nothing was found.
Draco and Harry didn't talk much as they searched. Harry stood exactly where he saw his family, then he moved to where he dropped it. He searched in that spot be he didn't find it.

"Hey Potter," Draco called, Harry turned to him "catch." he said

Harry caught what Draco threw to him, his eyes looked at his hand as he opened it slowly to see the stone.

"You found it!" Harry spoke quietly looking at him

"Now if you don't mind." Draco said and left the forest

Hermione and Ron walked back to where Harry and Draco were,

"Where's Malfoy?" Ron asked

"He left.. After giving me this." Harry said showing them the stone

"He found it?" Ron said walking closer

"Come on, let's give it to McGonagall." Hermione said

The Golden Trio walked together back to the castle, Harry put the stone in his pocket. They walked to McGonagall office to give her the stone, Hermione knocked the door and entered her office when she gave them the permission to. She stopped walking, tugging her hair behind her ear as she saw Draco was already there.

"Have a seat please." McGonagall said

Hermione sat on the chair opposite to Draco and Harry sat next to her leaving the seat next to Draco to Ron.

"I sent an owl to the ministry. Telling them about our plan." she nodded

"Plan?" Harry said looking, at her questioningly

"Yes. Where's the stone?" she asked Harry tuned out his pocket and gave it to her.
"Now Mr. Malfoy will take it, give it the Death Eaters."

"Wait what?" Harry asked

"We'll go with their plan Mr. Potter." McGonagall said handing Draco the stone. "We'll make them come to us, the ministry will be their all the aurors will be here for that day."

"But they're bringing Voldemort back!" Ron explained

"If we gave them the real stone." Draco finally spoke.

"What?" Hermione said

"Mr. Malfoy came up with this idea, we're copying the real one with a fake one, when the Death Eaters realize it's fake they'll come here faster as they will believe we betrayed them."

"No! They'll think Draco betrayed them! They'll kill him!" Hermione said

"She's right." Harry said

"I won't be the one who deliver it to them. Pansy will." Draco said

"She's gonna be killed." Harry said
