Chapter Twenty Nine: Charged

Diagon Alley 2013..

Blaise and Hermione arrived to Leaky Cauldron entered it and walked through the crowded bar, then to Diagon Alley, they walked through the shops. All ages were there, doing their shopping. Hermione and Blaise walked by each other sides, looking for that shop.
"Here we go." Blaise said looking at the shop, it was well decorated to look like a castle, Blaise pushed the door open for Hermione, she walked in, the shop was amazing, shelves and books it was like heaven to her. Blaise and Hermione acted like they were there to buy, looking at the books waiting for the customers to leave. Once there was only them, Blaise closed the door and the sign 'Closed' was visible to everyone outside.

"Hey what do you think your doing?" Said John trying to open the shop again

"We're from the ministry." Hermione explained shortly

"I did nothing wrong! I.. I have all the licenses here and-"

"We're here to ask you about your wife, Mr Wiley. Let's set somewhere." She walked towards a long table was sat in the middle of the store.

John sat opposite her, and Blaise was next to her. Both Hermione and Blaise noticed his forehead getting sweaty, his leg was shaking he was so nervous.
"So Mr Wiley-" Hermione started

"I didn't kill her, I swear I didn't.
" he cut her.

Hermione raised her eyebrows "You used to beat her up." she said

"No.. It was once I promise! And it was uncontrollably-"

"Imprios curse?" Asked Blaise

"No.. W-we were fighting she slapped me and I couldn't stop myself.. It was just uncontrollably reaction." John explained

"About?" Asked Hermione

"Some stupid thing, but I didn't kill her.. I loved her."

"I wanna know that stupid thing, please." She nodded

"She was.. She knew a guy long time ago, and I figured out that she was still seeing him." he cleared his throat "They were still having.. S-sexual relation." John finished

Blaise and Hermione changed looks, Hermione opened her mouth but no words came out then Blaise spoke "How can you be so sure?"

"I've got a muggle email, with a video of them two." he answered

"Do you still have it?" Asked Blaise

"I think I do." John nodded.

Hermione took a deep breath, when John asked to follow them into a room in the back of the store. It had a bed, a small fridge, TV a small table and a laptop on it, it was a room of Muggles. John sat on the only chair in the room, next to the table, he opened his laptop, to his email scrolling through the mails, he finally found it, clicked it and it was opened. Hermione and Blaise were bowing behind him looking at the screen.
Blaise held Hermione's hand when she was straighten up again, it was Draco, with the victim in same bed. Hermione couldn't take it when she heard the girl moaning, she took a deep breath closing her eyes then the voice was gone. Blaise paused the video, closing the laptop
"I think we're gonna need this. I'm taking it." Blaise said holding the laptop.

"Do you saw that.. Video and killed her?" Hermione asked sharply

"I did not!" Said John

"Oh I don't have much time for this!" She said pulling a tiny flask of Veritaserum (Truth serum) of her jacket, she pushed him back to the chair and poured the serum inside his mouth
"Did you kill Ella Eliza?" She asked angrily
