Callie walked around the house. "Benny, where are you?" She shouted, looking for her cousin.
"Up your ass and take a left!" Benny shouted. He was staying with his Aunt for a bit, to get away from his Mom. Better yet, his Mom needed a break from him. Aunt Kate to the rescue; she was happy to take in her nephews. Callie and her Mom live on the beach where as Benny lives in the city where Devon and Devon's family is. Benny was unaware that this is where Devon and his family were heading on vacation. If Benny had given Devon a moment to speak, he would have known.
She stopped in the living room after hearing him. "Benny, I will tell Mom you aren't being nice to me!" Callie shouted. She might be eighteen, but she is still childish.
Benny came out from behind the couch. "Say hi to your crush!" Benny smirked, showing her Devon on Skype. Devon smirked and waved.
"Benny!" Callie yelled, jumping backwards a bit. "I wished you actually cared about me. You're a jerk!"
"Oh, come on, it's just Devon." Benny smirked.
Callie shook her head, trying to keep her cool. "I'm going over to Mayrin's house. I'll be back later." She spoke. She got up and grabbed her snap back hat before running out of the house and down the block.
"Shit. I gotta go, Devon. My Aunt's going to be pissed." Benny ended the call and ran after Callie. "Callie!" Benny yelled.
"Go away, Benny! I'll call Aunt Kathy later! My Mom already knows!" Callie said, still running.
"No. God, you're so childish! It's only Devon!" He then paused. "Wait! You already told Aunt Kate?" Benny asked, picking up speed to catch up to her.
"Yes, I did. I'll be back later if you don't want to come with me." Callie said, slowing down a little so that Benny could catch up.
"Do you know how much trouble I'm going to be in?!" Benny crossed his arms and followed his younger cousin.
"Lots if I don't tell Mom that you came with me. If you do, she will be fine with it!" Callie said, laughing. "Just as long as your nice-ish." She said as an afterthought.
"Whatever..." Benny said. They bickered a bit here and there until they reached the house.
"Bye, Benny, I'll see you later." Callie said as she was about to walk into the house. "Kyle told me all of Devon's siblings are going to come over for a campfire later." Callie said, giving Benny a side hug, despite him hating her hugs. She then opened the screen door.
Benny rolled his eyes at the embrace she tried giving him. "Whatever- Wait. Devon's here?" Benny asked.
"Um... Yes? I think he might still be at that big beach house," She said and pointed to tan colored house to their right. "But he should be here soon. He lives right next to Mayrin." Callie replied, knocking on the door.
"Cool. Bye." Benny left and ran to the house next door.
"Bye, Benny! Love you!" Callie called. She then turned to the door again, but there stood a black-haired girl with bright green eyes and a polite smile. "Coming in?" Mayrin asked and opened the door wider for the younger girl.
