Evans p.o.v.

"Evan?" A voice asked. It was Greg. I know his voice from miles away.

"Shit..." I mumbled. He got up from his seat on the couch and walked over to me. "Hey, you got a haircut." I said, looking up at his shaved sides and styled-up length as I tried to distract him from the fact that blood was dripping ever so slightly from my mouth, my right eye was almost swollen shut, and I could just about walk.

"What happened?" He asked as he crossed his arms over his chest.

"Umm. I like your hair?" I said with a forced smile. Greg walked closer to me. He sighed quietly and he picked me up bridal style, carrying me upstairs. "Greg! Don't!" I hissed.

"I'm not going to do anything. I'm just cleaning you up." Greg said. He set me down on my bed and sighed, "Evan, explain right now what happened."

"Did I tell you I had a girlfriend?" I asked loudly as he walked to the bathroom.

"You did?" He asked. "WAIT! You're gay!?" He questioned after as he walked back in with a small first aid kit.

I threw my hands up, but immediately regretted it. It hurt. "Why is that such a shocker to everyone!" I said and crossed my arms as best as I could.

"Evan, you're a typical girl- Well, anything but typical." He spoke and I bobbed my head in agreement. "You were raised in a house with all guys..."

"But that shit shouldn't matter!" I said.

"Language." He warned and crouched down in front of me. "And I realize that." He paused as he started patching up my lip. "Don't tell me I'm the last to find out about this." Greg spoke and pulled away.

"No?" I said in more of a questioning tone.

"Eva, really?" He asked me.

"Greg, I'm sorry. Just every time I went to tell you, you changed the subject." I told him.

"Phone?" He said in a duh tone as he pressed a small wipe to my cheek under my eye.

"Yeah, you never pick up!" I said, defensively.

He put his hand up, shaking his head. "Wait, what do you mean had?" He asked going back to the main topic. "Hold that thought." He told me and stood before leaving the room. I sighed deeply and kicked my feet a bit while I waited for him to return. "Continue." He spoke as he walked back into the room and handed me an ice pack before crouching in front of me.

I placed the ice pack to my eye. "Umm... I went to- Well, Lily came to see me-" I paused and grinned forcefully, which hurt, "Lily was the girl." I added as he nodded and began dabbing at my head with the small wipe. "But then she said she had to leave and said Aiden was alone." I didn't bother reminding him who Aiden was seeing as apparently everyone knew everyone before I was even born. Greg raised a brow before applying neosporin on a q-tip and rolling it slightly on my head. "I remembered that Aiden was with Todd-" Greg pulled away and gave me a confused look. "-Theyre dating." I informed. I knew he had more questions, but he shook his head and pulled out tape from the small white kit. "So, I chased after her, found her kissing someone else..." I rambled quickly.

Greg frowned. "Yeah, that sucks." I rolled my eyes in response as he pinched the split skin on my forhead and trapped it together; A butterfly stitch. "But what happened to you?" He asked after.
