An Aristic

The second his eyes met mine my head was hammered with a horrible pain. I didn't know what was happening, all I knew was it hurt and Elijah was getting closer by the second.
Suddenly he was on top of me and the pain was hammering even harder.
"Let me in. I know you know!" He screamed in my face.
I was so lost, what the hell did he think i knew. What'd he want from me?
"I'm sorry for whatever I did, just please stop this!" I gasped while trying to get away from him.
He loosened his grip a bit and the pain let up some. It still hurt, but it was much more bearable.
After what seemed like hours he jumped off me and started pacing while running his hand through his hair. The pain was gone. What was he doing?
He looked at me and I could see regret in his eyes. He walked over to me and reached towards me, but drew back quickly when I flinched.
"Oh, baby girl..I'm so sorry. I just wanted in your head. I'm not used to not knowing what everyone else does.." He slid the tips of his fingers down my cheek and bit his lip. He looked so upset that I couldn't help myself. I got up and walked into his arms. He embraced me and sighed into my hair.
     I was shaking and he must've felt it because he held me even tighter. I started to relax and all of sudden he let go of me and leaped "YOU AND YOUR DUMBASS OPINI-" then he cut me off which made me even angrier.
He chuckled and before he could say anything else I yelled "Oh, my bad. sorry the middle of my sentence interrupted the beginning of yours!"
That's when he lost it, he started laughing hysterically and I slowly relaxed until I was laughing with him. After what seemed like hours of laughter he finally looked at me and said "Well, darling. If you had let me finish you'd have heard "but, it's quite entertaining to me. I find it cute in a way, hearing such dirty words come out of a pretty little mouth." And then he closed the distance between us and held me close. He gave me that signature smirk and my stomach did a flip, I couldn't help but smile up at him.
He leaned down and kissed me, not one of those rough lust filled ones we've often shared. This one was soft and full of passion. My stomach and head were a woozy ness at this point, what was happening to me. Was I really falling for this vampire with a heart of stone?
     Then all of a sudden he pulled back and locked eyes with me. The air was full tension. He knew something that he wasn't saying, but what? But, almost as quick as I could think that he turned around and walked back to the book shelf and picked up the book he had in his hands earlier and walked to his bed. He looked back at me expectantly and I automatically walked over and sat on the bed. He sat beside me and opened the book in front of me.
     "Okay, we haven't dealt with this ever in the amount of time that this Elite House has been here and that's been quite a long damn time..but, well Kell..Colton and I are quite positive you're an aristic." He gave me a second and then continued. "An aristic is someone, that has the possibility of completing "The Change". And if you complete it you'll be a vampire, a new born to be exact, but over time you'll grow and grow, you may even get as powerful as me or Colton one day." He looked at me and gave me a minute to let it all sink in. I nodded for him to continue and he did. "There's many things that can show someone is an aristic. The inability for our abilities or powers to work on you, and none of ours have..not even when Alec tried his on you..but that's a different story. If you can make a vampire physically or even harder, emotionally respond to you. And in your family tree have natural born vampires..Kellin, you hit all three of those points.."
    My head was spinning. I had vampires in my family tree? I made Elijah respond to me? Alec had a gift he tried using on me? They're are so many questions that need answered.
"What did Alec try on me?" I said completely void of emotions.
He looked at me, the ground , and then back at me before he answered with "he has the ability to cut off all senses. Paralyze you in a way. You can't hear, feel, taste, see, it's all gone."
I was shocked what kind of ability is that! That's freaking crazy! What the hell!
"I have natural born vampires in my family?" I whispered.
"Yes. Your...Uhm father was..my uncle Sebastian actually knew him..your father died before you ever got to mee-" I cut him off. "Meet him I know." I finished for him. Then my mind went back to the final question..I made Elijah respond?
He must've knew what I was gonna ask because he turned my head towards him and said "Yes. Dollface. I respond to you. Both physically and emotionally."
I was in total and utter shock. So, I wasn't the only one feeling these feelings, thank the sweet lord. I must've looked extremely relieved because he chuckled and kissed me lightly.
Wow, I could be changed and live for practically ever with Elijah..
