It was time, we were right outsider the doors and honestly I was nervous.
"Kell, you okay over there?" Savannah whispered.
"Ya, I'm fine. Just it's scary to think this is the night we may never see some people again, so just in case...I love you Sav."
"We'll be fine, jeez. Why would any vamps want us anyway?" she laughed. "But, I love you too, you're my bestfriend"
As we walked in the smell of alcohol and sweat hit me. Savannah tried to tell me something, but I couldn't hear her over the loud music. She started pulling me towards the kitchen and as we entered the music just drained, it was quite in hear, I liked it. There was only a few others in the kitchen a tall jock from our school named Jeremy, a stereotypical blonde cheerleader, obviously trying to flirt with him named Cassidy and some girl on the phone.
"Hey...Kellin..is it?" Jeremy said walking towards me and completely ignoring Cassidy.
"Uh, yea. Hey."
"You look really great."
"Oh, uhm..thanks." I said brushing hair out of my eyes. I could feel cheeks getting hot.
"I don't see you much at school."
"Oh, well..not to sound like a dork, but I'm in all the higher classes.."
"I like a little dork in my girls." Jeremy chuckled.
"Then I'm the girl for you, I got plenty of-"
"Hey, I'm Savannah! Kell's bestfriend! Nice to meet you Jeremy!" Savannah butted in.
"Oh, uhm..yea. My bad. Hey, its good to meet you." Jeremy said nonchalantly.
"Well, we better go, I'll have to catch you later. Maybe I'll see you on the dance floor." I nudged him playfully.
"Maybe." he winked at me.
As soon as we walked through the the kitchen and got on the dance floor guys were already trying to grind. And Sav wasn't having that.
"Uhm? Excuse you, but fuck off." She shot at one guy trying to grab her. "and you too!" at another walking towards us.
"And where'd that courage come from?" I raised a brow at her.
"A little liquid courage." she winked at me.
"Sav, what happened to "underage drinking is killing this nation." I laughed.
"Well, I thought why not? You know? You drink, everyone else does, so why not have a little fun. Like you said we're only teenagers once."
"Damn, maybe I should lecture you about having fun more often." I laughed as we started dancing.
