Melissa Riddle

~Chapter 2~

I sat on my bed and sulked, I was really upset I was going to this stupid Hogwarts place. And the worst thing is that Severus wouldn't be there. And he seemed happy about it! I can't trust anyone anymore...But just then Severus walked in.

"Melissa?" He asked he still had a small smile lurking on his face, even though it was sort of impossible because Severus never seemed to want to smile (apart from very rare occasions)

"What?" I grunted

"I came up here to tell you something..."

"That your happy that i'm leaving!?"

"Well I will be leaving as well, for the simple reason is that I teach at Hogwarts school of witchcraft and wizardry..."

But before he could say anymore I hugged him. I was so happy, that means that my father couldn't do anything, I mean it's not as though he could just walk into the school with his death eaters, that would be just plain weird!

"So that's why you were smiling!" I shrieked

"Yes, that means I could look after you then, so you won't feel left out"

"That's awesome!"

"Right we better go to Diagon alley to get your supplies..."

"Have I been with you there before?"

"Yes, I do believe you have..." He pasued for a minute and staredd into the distance "Right we better go now"

"Ok I will grab my coat" even though I was a girly girl I wore black, I had black hair, a black jumper, black boots, black skirt but I had very pale skin. Pretty weird huh? But then again when you live in a place that is covered in black, and your father wears black it rubs on to you...

I grabbed my coat, it again was black and came down to my ankles. When I came back Severus was still standing there

"Take my arm" he said, I was confused at first but did it anyway, I was suddenly being whisked up a pipe...
