The seemingly hideous colors that were draped over your body made you feel like you were betraying every idea you were raised on.

The Canadiens suck.

Coming from Massachusetts, the Boston Bruins were practically a religion to you, and everyone who you grew up around.

"Lauryn, babe. Can I please take a picture of you?" Brendan pleaded, whining like a toddler.

You sat on your couch in a Montreal Canadiens home jersey, against your will. Now of course you loved to support your boyfriend, but changing your team and converting to your biggest rivals, was a different storie.

If Montreal weren't playing your bruins, you had no problem slipping on the bleu, blanc, et rouge sweater. Today, however, was no exception. It was The Winter Classic, Canadiens vs. Bruins at Fenway Park and there was no way in hell, you were giving up on wearing your yellow and black jersey.

Pouting, you gave no answer and Brendan took that as the opportunity to snap a photo and send it to family.

"Can I take it off now?" You begged, as your boyfriend tried to contain his laughter over your true hatred for the enemies.

"Yes. Go wear your bumble bee sweater."

"Our jerseys are beautiful!" You said, offended.

"Not as beautiful as you are, my loveeee." Brendan obliged before running over to you and snuggling his head into the crook of your neck.

Authors Note: Super short yo, but goallagher requested this like forever ago and here it is. As much as i wanted to procrastinate on this, the guilt was killing me.
