I woke up the next morning late, I still wasn't great with this new time system going on. I was staying up late on a night and waking up, late in the morning. I looked over to my alarm clock it read '12:09'. Well it was late to me. I sunk back into bed not wanting to get up, but I had a massive to do list, written on my fridge. I forced myself out of bed and walked like a duck to my fridge as my body was just waking up. The kitchen was open to the living room; I liked the style of it. The fridge had two doors and looked like the fancier fridge you bought when you had a lot of money on the sims. Oh how most of my childhood was devoted to that game on the Xbox.

There was a chalkboard on my fridge; I bought it yesterday as, my mum always used to have one on her fridge. It reminded me of home. Thinking of home now saddens me, to think my mum was depressed seeing me leave, was never a nice thing to see. It felt hard, trying to erase it out of my memory. There was multiple things wrote on the chalkboard, ranking in the most important ones first.

Shit I forgot about the party. Right, the train is half an hour and the taxi took 15 minutes to get to the station. Right today's video? What should I do? Then it came to be, if I do a tutorial on makeup for a party then I can link them together. Sorted.

I decided to go and get dressed, it excited me walking into a closet to pick out clothes, everything was so organised, it filled me with glee. I threw on some 80's style jeans and rolled up the bottom, this style had came back, I'm glad because I love high waisted jeans. I also put on a shirt with a fancy collar on. It was a little too big; I found it hard to find sizes to fit me since I was very small and thin. I tucked it into my jeans and put my vans on. They were a staple item of clothing, I will always wear them.

I walked over to my dresser and tied my hair up in a high pony tail and left my long, brown hair to fall nicely over my shoulders in the pony tail. I wanted my hair off my face so I can shoot a video.

Dear blog,

I was ready for the party and I had a little time to kill. I went out for breakfast at Starbucks and picked up a green tea, as they tasted beautiful in Starbucks, compared to the way I made them at home. I also got a croissant and it was buttery and delicious. I lightly curled my hair, I didn't want it to make it look like I had gone through so much effort for the party, but I still wanted to look nice and feel pretty. I'm so excited to go; I have booked a hotel room for me to crash there later. I wonder is Americans party different to us? I hope so, I come from Newcastle, the place for getting drunk and 'banging birds' as the folk on Geordie shore say. They took the mockery of Newcastle.

My new tutorial on YouTube was good; I'm getting so many comments from people telling me how much they like it. It made me so happy and put me in a great mood.

Ttyl, Amelia.

I decided to take my small clutch as I didn't need many things. I threw my phone, wallet, lipstick and my keys in and left. I ran outside and caught a taxi. I'm glad there was one there, I wouldn't want to miss my train.

Once I got to the train station I was mega confused, trains worked so differently from the London, underground. I was stumbling through gates and I heard the announcement for my train go off. I was panicking; I needed to calm myself down. I couldn't risk having an panic attack. I was pulling my hair and sweating, my breaths were sharper and quicker than usual. I just wanted to break down and cry. There it was a bright blue train, I'm glad I looked it up what train I was getting on the Internet. I breathed slowly and closed my eyes, taking a second to calm.

I'm glad I calmed myself down as there it was, my train. I ran over and jumped on it just as the doors were closing. I sighed with relief, wow I was so scared. I walked along and found a vacant seat. The train wasn't packed, there were just a few business men, types of people. There was one guy, talking through a Bluetooth and It was like, he was sharing his conversation with anyone. It really annoyed me.

I took my phone out of my clutch and wanted to text Jaime.

'I’m on my way. On the train now :)'

After I sent it, I felt quite stupid. Why would he care if I was on the train or not? He was probably really busy getting prepared for the party in any case.

The train ride felt like it took forever, but when the annoying American woman's announcement told me I was in San Diego, I was so happy. I checked the time and it was 7:50. Good I was going to be fashionable late, like I intended to be. I hurried off the train and made my way outside. There was so many people crowding around, it made me feel really uncomfortable, so I kept my bag pressed against me. Luckily it wasn't hard to find the exit. I with freakin Los Angeles station was more like this.

Having a good day today, finding a taxi wasn't hard, I showed the driver where I wanted to go, as I had no idea. He cracked on with it and I was once again admiring the view, reminiscing out of the window. My phone went off and it was Jaime,

'Text me when you're here? :))))'

His emoticon made me laugh; the taxi driver probably thinks I'm weird.

The driver told me I was two minutes away. We were driving near the beach, wow this must where he lives. Well he is in a band; I didn't expect him not have a fancy house. I took this time and texted Jaime.

'I’m just about here! (-:'

I hope he was waiting and didn't make me look stupid.

The entrance to his house was spectacular, there was three other houses living on the same street, they were big houses, with terraces and massive road leading into to the individual houses. I was gawping looking out the window. There, there he was. Jaime waiting for me crossed arms and sunglasses on. He looked so freakin cute to me. I paid the driver and got out of the car.

"Ameliaaaa!" Jaime joked, approaching me with wide arms. He bent down and hugged me. I reached up on my ties so I wasn't seen too small.

"It's been a while!" I say leaving loose.

"We'll follow me! I’ll introduce you to people and we can have a good time" he reached over and took my hand and led me inside. I felt a rush as he touched my hand, like I couldn't speak as there was lump in my throat. I smiled to, make it look like I was fine. I didn't want him to let go.
