"Dude, you've been reading that book since yesterday non-stop." Celine said while crossing her arms over her chest.
"Hm, yeah." Salecia replied absently.
"I have to work on Monday and we'll probably miss each other during the weekdays." Celine said looking a little upset.
Salecia looked up and saw how upset her friend was looking and put her book down.
"Hey, I'm sorry it's just such a good book, but I promise we'll go watch a movie or something today today, yeah." She said giving her a sorry smile.
"I like the sound of that Sal." Celine said as she flopped onto Salecia's bed. "So, I've heard that you have a boyfriend. Christopher is it?." Celine said while giving her a scrutinizing gaze.
"Did Ashanti tell you that? He's not my boyfriend, he's just a friend." Salecia said as she smiled as at the copy of Paper Towns sitting on her bedside table.
"Oh, so he's the one that gave you that book, that's so cute." Celine said while pinching her cheeks playfully.
"Stop it Celine." Salecia said laughing.
"Have you finished reading it yet?"
"No, but I only have a few pages left." Salecia said, wondering why Celine had suddenly become interested in her book. "Why?"
"Do you like this guy?."
"I don't know. I think so, I'm going to hang out with him more though. I like him, he's cool." Salecia said while smiling at the ground.
"I was thinking instead of the movie we could go to Volcanoes." Celine said while looking at Salecia.
"Yeah, cool, I'll tell Ashanti and-"
"But." Celine cut her off. "It would be like a triple date kind of thing." Celine said carefully.
"What do you mean?" Salecia said while raising her eyebrow.
"So it would be Ashanti, Logan, Celine, Brendon, me, you and Christopher." Celind said keeping a close on Salecia's facial expression.
"But what if he says no." Salecia said after a moment of silence with worry in her voice.
"Then he is a jackass, because you are amazing and any guy who is even in the same room as you is lucky."
Salecia smiled at her comment.
"So at four text him at four saying if it's alright for you to come over. Then ask him if he wants to come. If he says yes the you go home and change and all that. Cool beans?"
"Cool beans."
"I really did miss you Celine.
"I missed you too Lecia."
