I was up bright and early this morning. I skipped to the kitchen to put on some coffee. I felt like today was going to be a good day. 'What time is it anyway?' I thought, looking for a clock. 8am. I had one hour to get to work. 'Perfect!'
Wait, I actually had to crawl over Kaneki this morning, meaning... he's still in bed! I ran to our bedroom and flipped the lights on."Kaneki!" I yelled as I ripped the curtains open, letting the sunlight fill the room. All I got was a groan from him as he turned away from the window and pulled the cover over his head.
"Ken Kaneki! Get your butt up!" I yelled.
"Shut it, Faye!" he mumbled harshly.
"Get mad at me all you want, Ken! You've already missed part of your first class! You slept in!" I swear he jumped a good four feet into the air before rolling off the bed and scrambling to the closet. I just laughed as I heard my phone ring from the kitchen.
"Hello?"
"Hey Faye! I just called to see if you wanted to come over to my room before work?" It was Touka.
"I'd love to! But it will only be for a bit; I've gotta work earlier than you today."
There was a short pause before she spoke again.
"What are you talking about? Today's Sunday, remember? We both go in at 12.""Oh... Are you serious?"
She laughed. "Yes Faye. I'll see you in a bit!"
"Yeah, ok!"
"Wait... you didn't wake your roommate up for 'school' again, did you?"
"...yeah..."
"Jeez, Faye! You do it every Sunday! He's going to kill you for sure this time."
"Faye!" I heard Kaneki scream from the other room.
"Pray for me!" I whimpered into the phone.
"I suggest running."
I looked up as Kaneki entered the kitchen. His face was red with anger and his hair was a mess. He was looking strangely hot right now... it would be even better if he didn't look like he was ready to kill me. His eyes said it all, terrifying!
"Sounds like a good idea!" I squealed at her, dropping the phone and running for dear life.

"Look, I appreciate you wanting to help me out, but I would also appreciate it if you'd look at a calendar every once in a while before you even think about giving me a heart attack," he scolded. I was sitting on the couch now, listening to him rant about my unnecessary behavior.
Earlier, when I ran, I didn't get very far. In fact, I didn't even make it out of the kitchen. He at ran at me the moment I turned to run, tackling me to the ground.

He just tackled me! I made it to the hallway, but after that, I was already on the ground with Kaneki on top of me while holding my arms down. I struggled, but it was futile. Even being a ghoul, I couldn't get him off."I'm sorry! I'm sorry! Please, please don't hurt me!" I cringed away from his death glare.
"You've done this for the last time, Faye!" he growled.
"Would it help if I said you looked really attractive right now?" I whispered.
"Not this time."
"Damn!" I sighed. He got off of me and pulled me to my feet, grabbing me by the arm and dragging me to the living room.
Maybe I can still get out of it if I make him uncomfortable. That's usually works! Then I'll make a run for it!
