Garnet X Pearl

Pearl's POV:

Garnet was sitting on the floor in Steven's room with Steven sitting on her lap watching crying breakfast friends. Amethyst had her head in the fridge because she liked to eat. I always thought that eating was discusting. Garnet looked at Amethyst and smirked. I do not know why, but jealousy started to come through me and I walked into my room with my head held high. When I walked into my room I grabbed a book and started to read it. As I read I noticed that I conjured a hologram of Garnet. Hologram Garnet just stared at me and I stared at her. Not knowing what to do I stood up and faced the hologram. She leaned down and began to stroke my face and she smiled a bit. "I love you Pearl." She said and I backed away. She grabbed my arm gently, then she picked me up and kissed me. Her hologram wouldn't disappear. I heard a knock at my door and, out of instinct, I opened it, only to be faced with Garnet. She walked into my room and approached the hologram. Garnet jumped up to where I was standing and faced the hologram and I. The hologram was still kissing me, I wanted her to let go, but she wouldn't. Garnet summoned one of her gauntlets and began to punch the hologram. With three hits the hologram had faded away and I was lying on the ground. Garnet held her hand out to me and I took her hand. Her hand was callaused, I could feel every bump in her dry hands. "Are you okay?" She asked and I nodded my head. Garnet surprised me by picking me up and held me by my waist. "Nobody is going to have you but me." She said and I looked her in the eyes, well at least her shades. I nodded my head and when I did, she kissed me deeply. I tried to escape from her grasp, but her grip only tightened. I knew that she was not going to let me go until I kissed her back. I kissed her and I felt guilty about it. Kissing a fusion? No. I could not do it. I pulled away from Garnet. "I can't do this." I said and she put me down without saying a word. Before she left she faced me. "Talk to me if you change your mind." After she said that she left my room.

I closed my door behind her and summoned my spear. Right when I was about to train I heard a knock at my door. I opened it and was met with Amethyst. "Can I come in P?" She asked and I nodded my head. She walked in and jumped to the top fountain where I was at. We both sat there for a,second and stared at each other. "What did Garnet want?" She asked and her question caught me off guard. "Uh, she came in and...fought one of my holograms and uh, she won, but after that she...kissed me." Amethyst's eyes went wide and she began to smile. Amethyst's face suddenly beacame serious. "Why don't you like her the way she likes you?" She asked. "She's the leader, and a fusion. I can't go and ruin Ruby and Sapphire's relationship." When I said this Amethyst frowned. "Dude, it's a once in a lifetime chance. You two could fuse more often." When Amethyst said this she got up and was about to leave the room. She stopped in my doorway. "Take the chance." Then she left my room and the door closed behind her. "She's right." I said to myself and got up to search for Garnet. I went down one of my waterfalls and was in Amethyst's room. I scanned through all of her trash and found the exit. "Thank goodness." I mumbled to myself. I had no idea how she could live in this trash and deal with the smell. I saw the light at the end of the tunnel and began to jump along the stones that led to the Crystal heart. When I looked over the edge of the pathway that led to Garnet's room, I flinched, but jumped down anyways. I was met with red and then a light pink and then another shade of red as I slid down the pole to Garnet's room. When I made it down I hid behind a mess of veins from the heart. I saw Garnet rearranging some bubbles. "I know your there." She said and I felt my face get warm. I walked up to Garnet and she looked down at me. "I was thinking about what you said earlier and think I want to give it a shot." I heard a chuckle come out of Garnet and she picked me up. "I'm guessing you want to fuse." I nodded my head and I knew that I was blushing. She said and while she was holding me she dipped me and threw me in the air. When she caught me there were beams of light that flashed throughout the whole room. Being fused with Garnet made me happy and I hope that we stay like this for a long time.
