Chapter Two - Photos

When you and Severus got to London City train station, it was cold and the wind was blowing violently. Your (H/C) hair whipped violently in the air. You and Severus head to your muggle apartment you had kept in the city. You go onto the elevator and you push level 18. Another man also walked onto the elevator and pressed level 7"

"Nice costume mate" he directed towards Severus. Oh no.

"Why you stu-"

"I haven't seen you in a while Dave" I avert the subject.

"Oh yeah, (Y/N) right? Yeah you've sure been away a while with work" he glared at the two of you. The elevator stopped and he walked out.

"I'll see you around (Y/N) and you to, uh dragon tamer guy" he walked out and you saw the annoyance on Severus' face.

"Dragon taming is a pretty cool job" I said simply. He smiled sarcastically. You get to your apartment door. 218 in simple silver characters.

"Ready to meet the muggle me?"

"I'm not sure" he looked uneasy. I grabbed his hand and opened the door. When I got inside he examined the living room.

"Make yourself at home" I pointed towards the couch. It was a black leather seating set with silver frames. He instead started looking around.

"I'm going to go find the car keys" I smiled and headed to your bedroom.

Severus walked around your small yet well furnished apartment. He spotted a table with photos on it. He walked over to them. He saw a photo of two older men, presumably early 30s with (H/C) hair and a younger girl around 20 with the same coloured hair. He presumed they were your brothers and sister. There was another photo of (Y/N) and an older lady, probably her mom but none of dad. Interesting. As he looked further along the table he saw a picture of himself wearing a slytherin scarf and his hogwarts robes in front of a lake. It stood out because it was an animated picture. His scarf whirled in the wind and he was smiling at the ground. He remembers that day. The two of you had decided to play chess by the lake. Severus raised an eyebrow as to why you had pictures of him with pictures of family. There was another of (Y/N) kissing him on his cheek with him looking away. Severus blushed slightly at the memory. You were on a hogsmead trip, and the two of you sat outside honeydukes enjoying your candy. That was the first time (Y/N) kissed him. There was another of Severus wearing his trademark black robes. It was his first day as a Potions Teacher. He was messing around with his wand, and was not looking forward. There was one more on the table, however it was also animated. It was the two of you at (Y/N)s graduation from the St. Mungo's healer training course. You were so happy that day. Severus had his arms around you. In the picture he was whispering something into your ear. He remembered.

"I love you" I say walking into the room. He turned to face you.

"That's what you were saying" I smiled at the picture and then at him.

"I still do" he whispered into your ear.

"I know" I said back, looking him in his dark black eyes. He leaned down and left a soft kiss on your lips.

"You need to change" I said looking at his long robes.

"Ugh, if I must" he replied letting go of me.

"Ok here" I passed him a pair of jeans and a shirt that your brother had left here.

"It may be a little tight but it's only temporary, I'll buy you new clothes soon" he sighs and takes the clothes to my bedroom.

"Where are you going? It's not like it's a sight I haven't seen before" I bite my lip. He turned around to hide his blush and walked, at a fast pace to your bedroom. I smiled and sat down on your couch. He soon walked out wearing the jeans and black shirt that was clearly a little tight.

"(Y/N), you can't seriously expect me to wear this" he said showing off this lightly  toned torso.

"It will have to do for now" I threw him a jacket.

"Put this on" he looked at the leather jacket in relief. He put his wand in his back pocket.

"Now let's get going" I said grabbing my stuff.
