Next day
Emiko still hasn't left the hospital at all. I went to check on her. "Mrs. Shuzhora?"
"Room 367." I thanked the lady and went to the room. Emiko was passed in the uncomfortable chairs that they have in hospitals. I sighed and tapped her shoulder. "Emiko? Emiko, wake up please. I'm taking you home." Her phone buzzed and I looked at her phone. I saw her passcode and unlocked it. Some guy was texting her.
Convo L=Liam E=Emiko
E: yea if you can get some for me it would help
L: u need me there babe??
E: don't call me babe I've told you that
L: but I know you like it when I call you that sexy
E: fuck off man forget what I need
L: what you need is me
E: I'm done.......goodbye Liam
L: don't you dare Emiko
E: bye Liam
I shut off her phone and looked at her. Whoever that was, he seemed dangerous. After a couple minutes, Emiko woke up. "Hey Emi, I'm taking you home ok?" She stretched and nodded. I was getting ready to move by the door, but she held her arms out to me. I rose an eyebrow as she did it again. "Can you carry me? My legs don't work." I chuckled and moved near her. "Ok just this once." I picked her up and she put her arms around my neck. By the time we moved down to the lobby, she fell asleep again. I rolled my eyes. Oh Emiko.
Emiko's POV
It was sweet of Carter to pick me up, literally. I was going to thank him but I fell asleep again. "Miko..Emiko wake up." I opened my eyes and saw that we were at the house. "Sorry for making you carry me earlier."
"No probz, besides you're lighter than I thought." I playfully punched him and hopped out. When I walked in I was engulfed with a hug. I recognized the smell of cologne and immediately knew who it was. "You missed me that much Nash? I was only gone for 24 hours." I giggled looking up at him.
