(Part 21)

(Liam's POV still)

"Who Harry who?" I say nervously.

"My mums- my aunt Sophie Liam! I was supposed to meet with her to catch up on things and I never will! It's my fault because I should've stayed in touch. I haven't seen her in twelve years Liam. Twelve years! Now she's dead!" He sobbed.

"How do you know this did someone tell you? Did you get a call?"

"I was in the middle of reading Mackenzie's journal an-"

I gasped.

"You did not look through her-"

"I did," he says honestly.

"We'll deal with that later and I won't let that go. But how did you find out?" I ask again.

"Well I was you know what, then yeah I did get a call. It was the apartment manager of the complex she lived in. She still had the contact of the house phone in the file and she called me. She died from a heart attack. In her own home!"

My heart sank.

Why do things like this always have to happen?

"Harry I'm so sorry I wish I could do something I-"

I pause.

"Look I know you're on a break but maybe it's a good idea to talk to Mackenzie. She understands you to most and see knows how to deal with these things. I don't and I really wish I did Harry because I don't want you feeling like this."

Harry sighed.

"Please put her on."

"Okay hang on."

I walked back into the room.

Mackenzie was standing there with her things ready to go.

"Ready?" She asked.

I shook my head.

"Someone would like to talk to you first."

She nods as I gave her my phone.

(Mackenzie's POV)

"Ready?" I ask Liam as he enters back into the room.

"Someone would like to talk to you first."

I nod.

He gives me his phone.

"Hello?" I said.

I heard sniffles.

"Mackenzie it's me Harry," he said.

Why was Harry crying?

"Are you okay?"

"Remember that lady that was supposed to come over? Sophie?"

"Yeah why?"

I heard Harry begin to cry hard.

"She's dead." he choked out.

"Oh my God Harry that's awful I'm so sorry!"

"She loved you a lot Mackenzie. She loved me too. You really don't remember her?"

I though and thought.

Then it hit me.
