I fluttered my eyes open to find myself staring at the clear blue sky. I began to move my fingers and grabbed a handful of grass. I tried to stand up but something heavy was on top of me.
I looked down to see half a guy's body on top of me. Of god.... What happened last night? I looked around to find myself at a playground. I was about to wake him up when a middle aged man walked up to me.
"Um miss? It was reported that this young man and you were running on these playgrounds screaming on top of your lungs at three in the morning. It caused a serious ruckus. Then when the sprinklers turned on you went mud sliding on the grass, either you both were drunk or need some serious help."
I groaned, this was bad. "I'm so sorry. I will leave with him immediately." He nodded, "Oh and could you take your other friend too!" He pointed to a petite blond lying on top of the money bars unconscious.
He walked away but kept a distance to make sure I was actually leaving. I shook the guy aggressively. He rolled over and I got up to look at his face. He looked oddly familiar..... what was his name again?
Derek? Drew? Drake? Ohhhh Dylan!!! Right. I poked at his chest and his hand shot up and grabbed my arm, pulling me to his chest. "Oof," I squeaked. His eyes shot open and he slightly blushed. He murmured an apology and looked around.
I explained to him what I found out and we both got up to get Sara. That's when I realized my dress was muddy and torn in pieces. I sat back down and Dylan offered me his button down shirt. I slipped it on and thanked him.
We finally woke up Sara and he walked us to our apartment building. We thanked him and went our separate ways. "He's cute. You should totally go out with him," Sara stated. I stopped walking and frowned.
"What," she questioned. "I didn't get his number," I sighed. I guess it's not meant to be. I was so relieved to realize my purse was with me when I woke up. I went to check my phone and found ten missed calls from my assistant, Nina.
I called her back and she answered the phone in a panic. "So I got the thing you ordered and it was just delivered this morning. I don't know what you want to do with it, but it's creeping me out." I was confused, what did I order?
"Um... What did I order?" I asked. "Is that a joke? Because last night you called me in a daze and told me you wanted me to buy python from a local zoo. You said you didn't care how much it was, you wanted it soon.", Nina answered.
Oh god.... It was probably when I was really drunk. What was I supposed to do with a python in my office. "It's in the front room and some of your patients will probably freak out."
"Get rid of it, I don't care how. I just don't want to see it there.", I commanded. She agreed and went to dispose of it.
I leaped onto my bed and sighed. This is what happens when you have too many shots contests. I slowly drifted into a light sleep.
*FEW HOURS LATER*
I opened my eyes to find myself in my bed thankfully. I walked out of my room and into the kitchen to find Sara making an ice cream sundae.
I raised my eyebrows on question. "What I've heard it relives hangovers.", she stated sweetly. I agreed sarcastically and made my own. We went over to the couch and watched Mean Girls, even though we've seen it a hundred times.
Once I fell asleep again, I found myself dreaming about Dylan and what would happen if we met again......
