When The Secrets Unfold

Chapter 18: The truth

Maya's POV
I am back home, just hanging out with all of my friends, being kind, we have a few months break before getting back to dance

"So, how have you been holding up?" I ask Riley
"I've been good, but well, I haven't told anymore yet, and I know Kate will kick me off the team if I am pregnant, so I don't know what to do" Riley says
"And people will find out because by then you would have somewhat gained weight, and it is because of the baby" I say
"Maybe I should just tell the truth?" Riley asks
"Yea, that is the best thing to do" I feel sorry for my friend as I say

That next day I walk into the studio, I get a straight feeling of disappointment, this is a ruinion party, and one of them won't even be there
"Alright" Kate says "I have something to tell you all"
"Wait" Riley says "I have important news as well, I am pregnant"
"Riley, OUT!" Kate scowls to Riley as then Riley runs out

I rush into the washroom to check the pregnancy test, and... I'm pregnant, I scream but luckily no one had heard me
I have to keep it a secret...
I look at the pregnancy test, and a tear falls through my cheek, I have to stay strong...

I walk back into the studio to see Kate waiting for me
"Hey, now you showed up"Kate says
"Sorry, I just had a problem" I say
"Now guys, we are going to a competition, and we basically will have all of our team, but now that Riley won;t be dancing with us, I have to find someone to take her place" Kate says
"So, um... can I go into the music room for a while?" I ask
"Yea sure" Kate says

I run off to the music room with my dance bag, I turn on I wouldn't mind by he is we, I love Eldon and this solo if for him, that is how much I love him
At around the middle of my solo, Eldon walks into the room, at the end, I stop, breathing heavily, crying on his shoulder
"Tell me Maya, what really happened?" Eldon asks
"Will you promise to keep it a secret for a while?" I question
"I promise" Eldon says

I show Eldon the pregnancy test, I hope he will understand what I am going through

Eldon's POV
First Riley, then Maya! Oh boy, I HAVE to keep this a secret, or else, well... Maya might be out of the team, and I don't want that to happen

Maya's POV
"Th-that solo was for you Eldon" I cry
"Awe, thanks, wanna do that solo again?" Eldon asks
"Sure" I cry out and I turn on the song again, doing the solo for Eldon... I love him, and O can trust him, can't I?
