Chapter 21

He was sitting on the edge of his bed looking out the window. With a gun to his head.

Oh my god what the hell is happening?!

"Drake please no.." I tried to say more but the words just won't come out.

He turned his head towards me, a smile on his face and tears in his eyes.

"DRAKE DONT DO THIS! PLEASE! THIS ISNT THE RIGHT ANSWER!! please just out the gun down.." tears are now streaming down my face. I can't lose my brother. He's the only family I have left..

"I'm sorry (Y/n).. but I have to. I can't take the pain." He said tears rolling down his face with a smile. Why the hell is he smiling.

"No! Please! Its gonna be okay! I promise" I gave him the best smile I could but it was to late.

"I love you, (Y/n)" He pulled the trigger. Blood went everywhere.

"NO!" I screamed. I couldn't say goodbye. I didn't say I love you back. I never will.

"This can't be happening. It can't.." I rocked myself back and fourth tears streaming down my face. I don't know what I'm gonna do! I got up and went over to Drake. I looked at his face. Peaceful.. I thought. I stroked his hair and I leaned over and hugged him. "I love you too, Drake." I said calmly. I don't know how I'm being calm but I am. I kept hugging him as tears were falling down my face.

I pulled away from the hug and I looked at him. Why.. why do you have to leave me? Tears won't stop falling. I wiped them away and I got up. As much I don't want to leave you I'm gonna go now.. I got up and walked into the bathroom.

I examined myself in the mirror. Bloody messed up (h/c) hair, bloody sweater, ah I didn't change my clothes when I got home, blood all over my face, make up smeared (if you wear any) and red puffy tear filled eyes.

I walked into my room and dug through my things and found a small box. I took the kid off and took out my blade. Hello old friend.. I walked out of my room and back into the bathroom. I looked at myself in the mirror. What a mess. You're ugly and stupid and a fuck up. I picked up the blade and touched it to my wrist. I took a deep breath and went deeper into my skin as I sliced once, twice, and then three times.

Blood was streaming down my hand and into the sink. I remember this pain and how good it felt. I smiled to myself as tears began to fall down my face.

I continued to slit my wrist over and over. the pain felt to good. I dropped my blade and collapsed to my knees. I couldn't keep in the tears. I just started bawling my eyes out.

"WHY DID YOU HAVE TO LEAVE ME?!" I screamed tears streaming down my face. I didn't care how loud I was yelling. no one is gonna hear me anyway.

I'm now laying on my back crying my eyes out.

I got up and took the blade in my hand again. Goodbye. I dug the blade into my skin. deeper and deeper.

My vision is going white and I collapsed onto the ground. I closed my eyes gently.

I heard someone running up the stairs and into the bathroom. Shit.

"OH MY GOD (Y/N)! WHAT THE FUCK HAPPENED." Karkat..

"I-I'm sorry." I mumbled. He fell to his knees and took me in his arms. he rocked me back and fourth.

"No, you're gonna be okay I promise." I could tell he was trying to smile.

"Karkat..."

"Yes?!"

"I.."

"Tell me, its okay.."

"I.. I love yo.."

"I LOVE YOU TOO! (Y/N)! (Y/N)! YOU'RE GONNA BE OKAY! C'MON PLEASE WAKE UP. please..." His voice cracked.

"(Y/n)! (Y/N)!!! no.."

"(Y/n)."

My eyes fluttered open. I was in the car. Why am I in here?

I looked around and I saw Ivy.. and Drake! What the hell is happening?

Ivy was looking at me with her beautiful smile.

"Hey she's awake now." Ivy told Drake.

"Okay good. We're gonna get some food and get back on the road, I'm sure you're hungry." Drake told me smiling in the mirror looking at me.

"Yea, I'm starving. Where are we going?"

"Were moving don't you remember?"

It was all just a dream.

heheh anyways if you don't understand here's what happened:

everything in the first chapter actually happened. but when (Y/n) fell asleep in the car after that it was all a dream. then she woke up in the car ;3; hope that makes sense. so basically everything was a dream, the new house, Jade and Nepeta, Karkat and the deaths. so the homestuck characters basically didn't exist.
