(Bakura's pov)

I've been talking to marik everyday from when he first moved here until this day and i think our relationship status is 'bestfriends'. But heck i wanna be more than that! I looked at marik from my seat, he sits in the front and me in the back so its easy for me to stare. He is very attractive, his hair smells like jasmine, he has soft tan skin, and his eyes are a pool of beautiful amethyst gems. I fell for him immediately, and im goddamn proud of it. But alas, he would never feel the same for me.

He's better off with some hot chick or something than to be with a delinquent like me. As i was happily spacing out in my world, mr. Dorian snaps me out of it and asks me to solve a math equation. And immediately all eyes on me, even mariks stunning amethyst eyes. "Uhhhh-guhn, its uhhh.....the answers 14?". Everyone gasps at my answer, even mr. Dorian. "You're right! How do you know without using a calculator?!". What...."Dude, how dense can you be? that is clearly a guess" i stated in a matter-o-fact kind of way. "Oh...well then" said dorian in a sad voice and continued to what he was doing on the board. Then, no more eyes on me. I sighed and lay down on my desk.

(Marik's pov)

I should've known! It was right in front of my face! Fuck you 14... damn maths is sooooooo hard! I need to make my mind off it for a while. I look back at bakura's seat to see him sleeping. This always calms down my nerves, everyday if im stressed out with school work i would always look back at a sleeping bakura, somehow whenever i look at him, he's always asleep. Its amazing really, if he saw me staring at him i'd be screwed! He might think im a creeper and never speak to me again.

I dont want that, plus i think i might like him. Why wouldnt i? He has white lavender scented fluffy hair, smooth white skin and beautiful cold cruel eyes. And i fell for him when i heard he's a delinquent, i find them attractive. But whats the point, he'll never feel the same way about me. While staring blankly at the board the school bell rings, indicating the end of school. People gathered they're stuff and talked to their friends, some just left like that. "Hey marik, you got a sec?" Melvin who sits next to me asks. I just said yea and he continued "i would like to invite you and your family over to my house, to welcome you to the neighbourhood. Its tonight at 8, if you dont wanna go its fine", i smiled and said that i would love to go. He grinned and hugged me in a manly way. He bids me goodbye and left. I was about to leave, until i remembered that bakura is still asleep and we're the only two people left in the class, i woke him up and told him its time to go home.

I watched him gather his stuff and out of nowhere he turns around facing me and said "s-so marik, d-do you w-wanna hangout later?" With a hint of pink on his cheeks. "Sure! Where?"without thinking I asked a little taken aback at the question "uhhh...movies?, say around 5-ish?", he asked and i nodded with a smile on my face. I bid him goodbye and i left.

(Bakura's pov)

OH MY GOD I ASKED HIM OUT! THIS IS HUUUUGE! i jumped excitedly after he left the class. I ran home while having this stupid grin on my face. When i stepped into my house i layed down on the couch gasping for air, amane saw me and asked what happened to me "something more amazing than getting a highscore on flappy bird" i said with a big smile. "You're scaring me kura, you would give your life to have the highscore in that game. Is it really that great?" She asked.

I got up, patted her head and went into my room to change clothes into much suitable ones for my date with marik...."what did i just say?" I asked myself aloud in my room. "IDIOT! its not a date! Its just a friendly hangout...yeah! Thats it!" I reasured myself and got ready for my hangover with marik. I opened my walk-in closet and took out grey skinny jeans, black v-neck with long sleeves, a simple metal necklace, a pair of white socks with my black shoes. I put my clothes on my bed and i started to strip, i was down to my boxers until akefia opened my door suddenly "Yo, have you seen my-....what the...you have no booty bakura" he said while pointing at my ass. "FUCK YOU, GET OUT OF MY ROOM!" i yelled at him. He replied with a simple no and went in my room closing the door behind him. "You have a date with marik?" He asked with a smirk.
