I awoke in the hotel room where I was staying. 3 days had passed since I left. I was angry, sad, and confused. Why hadn't they come looking for me? I expected they would have. I guess not. Mikata was right...no one loved me. I was nothing but a soulless creature. A tool. A mistake.

I sighed and sat up.

"What am I doing?" I asked myself.

I stood up, got dressed, and walked outside. I walked around town, doing nothing. My [Diary] did nothing. Something was very wrong with it. It only ever buzzed once since this stupid game started. Something or someone had messed with it.

I suddenly heard a car horn. A car pulled up next to me.

"You lost kid?" A female voice came from the car.

I realized that I was standing in the middle of nowhere. I was very lost. I turned and faced the woman driving the car. She was younger, maybe mid-twenties to early thirties. I didn't really recognize her from anywhere. Although, I have learned that no one is as they seem.

"I'm a little lost." I answered.

She gave a friendly smile.

"Hop in and I'll give you a ride wherever you need to go." She stated.

I got in the passenger seat and buckled up. She drove us back towards town.

"So, how old are ya kid?" She asked.

"I'm sixteen." I answered.

She looked at me for a moment.

"You seem older." She said. "You seem...tired. More mature than I'd see in a sixteen year old."

I sighed.

"There's a reason for that." I replied.

"Why is that then?" She asked.

"It's...a long story. Not something I want to talk about really." I stated.

She was silent for a second.

"You are him." She suddenly said in a more menacing tone.

"W-who?" I asked.

"You are the Deus Gasai. God of space and time." She answered.

"How did you know?" I practically yelled.

"I've been watching you for a few days now." She explained. "You already died here once, now you're alive. You know stuff that others don't."

"Is that all you know?" I asked.

"Second is also a god." She stated.

I stared at her for a moment.

"Who are you?" I asked.

She gave an insane smile.

"I'm the Ninth!"
