Chapter 6

Yellow everyone!!!! I am absolutely amazed at the response from the last chapter. I definitely did not expect that but I am extremely grateful to all of you for taking the time to read my story. I hope that you guys are enjoying it so far! Now I am going to stop jabbering on and present to you chapter 6! Enjoy loves!

Chapter 6:

Kyle's POV:

"Alright Marco what do you got for me?" 

"Her name is Cassia Lane, she lives with her aunt. She.. 

"What about her parents?" 

"Not sure there wasn't anything on them that I could find but like I was saying, she used to go to public school, top of her class, according to record until her junior year and now she's on scholarship here." 

"Scholarship? Her last year?" 

"Yeah I thought it was strange too, so I kept digging and ran into a blank wall. 

"Blank wall?" 

"It's like up until a three years ago she didn't exist. I can't find anything about her before that." 

"Odd, people don't just appear out of nowhere. She is one strange girl, but even so, that stunt she pulled today in the hallway cannot go unpunished. Get me Brittany and Lela. I wonder how our mystery girl feels about the cold."

*2 hours later*

Finally that stupid class is over! That teacher couldn't keep anyone awake if he was made out of monster. Today is really starting to get on my nerves first Amanda doesn't seem get the fact that yesterday was a one time thing wether he likes it or not, she's great to fulfill my needs but it ain't ever gonna be more than that. Then that girl in the hallway, what was her name...Cassia right. What the hell is up with that chick? Thinking she can slap me and get away with that shiz, nah that ain't happenin. On the other hand she is definitely fine as hell. Maybe after payback she could be one of my fulfilling girls. I'll have to look in that.

Cassia's POV:

*Previously*:

"Amy, Lauren this is Cassia. Cassia this is Amy and Lauren."

"Hi there it's nice to...ahhh!"

All of a sudden it seems like the Arctic Ocean just became a tsunami and landed only on me. The freezing temperature of the water made feel like I was becoming hypothermic. My hands looked blue to the tips and my lips more so. I looked around and saw everyone in shock and some laughing at the incident. Out of the corner of my eye I saw him smirking like if everything was just perfect then everything went black.

I awoke in a room very dim lighted and quiet. Where was I? What happened?

"Hello there sweetie my name is Mrs.Ryan, how are you feeling?" 

"Pretty dizzy, where am I?" 

"You are in the infirmary, don't you remember your fall? 

" I fell?" Suddenly everything that happened at lunch came back. I was with Daniel and he was introducing me to two girls, when suddenly I was drenched in icy cold water. I guess the shock of the cold water made me dizzy, that's when I slipped on the puddle that formed in front of me. I hit my head on the chair as i fell and blacked out. Why would someone do that? Who would do that? HIM! That jerk he was smiling the whole time this happened. He was happy like we were even now. I swear I see him again I'll punch him in the face!

" Sweetie can you hear me? Hello?" 

" Sorry I was trying to remember what happened. You were saying." 

" I was saying that you fell pretty hard, you are going to have to get checked by a doctor to check for a possible concussion." 

" Okay. Anything else?" 

" Would you like to tell me what happened? 

" Just a slip and fall guess I didn't see the puddle before it was too late." 

"That's what you wanna go with" 

"It's what happened" 

"If you say so sweetie." 

"Can I go now?" 

"Sure. You need to stop by the Deans office he wanted to speak to you." 

"Alright, thank you."

I know I should have just told her the truth but I'd rather just try and forget this ever happened. As for seeing a doctor yeah right I'll be fine no need to worry Aunt Millie for nothing. I wonder what the Dean wants to see me for. 

Okay luckily it's right in front can't get lost this time. Once I'm inside the secretary tells me to go straight in so I do. When I walk in I see two people by the deans desk, the first doesn't surprise me its the dean but, the second is Mrs. Bliss. I immediately think what had I done in class that may have upset her and couldn't honk of anything.

"Hello cassia please have a seat. I believe you already know Mrs. Bliss and I am happy to announce she will be your faculty mentor."

Suddenly all my nerves wash away and a smile crosses my face. Mrs.Bliss is very nice and it's exciting that she will be my mentor. I feel like I can really talk to her she gives off a motherly feel.

"It's quiet wonderful to be your mentor Cassia, and I hope you feel comfortable enough to come talk to me whatever the reason. Like I said to you before my door is always open."

"Thank you very much, I am honored to have you as my mentor."

"With that Cassia, you are excused for the day, the nurse said you fell and should go home and rest."

I gathered my belongings and I began to exit out of the office. As I was exiting my mind was replaying all the events of today both the good and the bad. When all of a sudden my arm was tugged and I was pulled into a corner with a hand over my mouth.

Alright guys I know it's short but the next chapter will be longer promise! How are you guys feeling ? What are your thoughts and what is up with Cassia's luck? I mean its only her first day but I guess we'll find out soon. Who could be pulling her into a corner like that, why? Lots of mysterious questions :DDD sooo since this chapter took so long to put up I'm hoping to put up chapter 7 this weekend! Now I'm done jabbering again see you in the next chapter! ^_^
