CHAPTER 18

 [AT THE HOUSE]

The ambulance already left. Kai and Amber was in the ambulance with Sulli, and the others were left at home.

"Hey, let's go." Heechul said as he took his car keys.

"Are you coming with us?"  Jeni said to the girl who helped Kai with Sulli earlier.

She shook her head and said, "N- no.. I better get going.. I-"

"Hey, wait.. Have we met somewhere before?" Taemin said as he looked at the girl closer.

"Baby do you know her?" Krystal said.

"You're Suzy right? The girl I bumped with!"

The girl nodded with a light shade of pink on her cheeks, then she went out to the rain.

"Hey, wait!" Taemin said as he was about to follow her, but Krystal stopped him by grabbing his arm and said, "Baby we have to follow your brother to the hospital." Taemin just nodded.

[AT THE HOSPITAL, 2HOURS LATER]

"Hey, sorry bro.. We've been on a traffic.." Taemin said to Kai as he entered the private ward that Sulli was in.

"So, what did the doctor say?" Jeni asked as she walked closer to her sister.

"She had a minor hemorrhage or something.. I didn't understand what the doctor said." Kai said as he sniffed. His eyes were a little reddish, showing that he really cried a little.

"The doctor said that she'll be fine but she has to be confined, just to be sure." Amber added.

"Hey, isn't tomorrow your first anniversary?" Taemin asked Kai, and he just nodded. Tears were forming in his eyes again and he kept on holding them back.

"That's the reason why I was out today.. I was preparing a date for us but I didn't know that this would happen.. I never should've.." Kai said, then his tears started to fall again as he sat beside Sulli's bed. Taemin rubbed his back gently, showing him some comfort.

"Don't worry bro, she'll be fine.. It wasn't your fault. It's nobody's fault. Nobody knew that this would happen right? It was an accident." Key said.
