Chapter 30

Sungmin's POV

"What's wrong with you?" I asked her. Something's up with this girl.

"Nothing." she said. We've been talking about the play back at school and now she's like this.. she wasn't like this when we went to school... just when..

~FLASHBACK~

"I heard from the other class that our section's chosen to do the HSM Play!!" Sica said while smiling, but I just shrugged.

"Ya, it's your dream to do a play right? This is the first time that our section will do a musical play, and I'm sure you'll be in it!!" she added with a slap on my arm.

"How can you be so sure?" I said to her as we walked to our class.

"Because first, we are in the course of Drama Arts, second, you're great at acting and third, IT'S YOUR DREAM OF BEING AN ACTOR!" she said then laughed. She looked cute at that. I like it.

"Whatever.." I just said then smiled. She just messed my hair and sat on her seat. She was on the right side, two seats forward from mine. Then our teacher came.

"Okay. I guess most of you knows about the play already." the teacher said, then took out a sheet of paper from his case.

"Okay, so now whoever I'll call should stand up." he said.

"Kim Kibum." he said, then Key stood up.

"Lee Donghae." he said, and Donghae stood from his chair.

"Kwon Yuri." then Yuri stood and wore her lipstick.

"Im Yoona." then she stood.

"Lee Sunkyu." then Sunny stood up.

"And lastly, Lee Sungmin." he said. Nobody stood up. I looked around, and they were looking back at me.

Why are they looking at me?!

"Lee Sungmin!!" the teacher said again, then I looked at Jessica, and she pointed at me.

Oh wait, I AM LEE SUNGMIN!!

"Sorry sir!" I said then stood up. Some of my classmates giggled. I just rubbed the back of my neck.

"It's alright. So, now the ones who are standing are our main cast." he said, then us the ones who stood were silently rejoicing. I looked at Jessica and she gave me a thumb up with a smile. I smiled at her too. She really looks so cute...

"Okay, so.. These are your roles:

Kim Kibum as Ryan Evans

Kwon Yuri as Sharpay Evans

Lee Donghae as Chad Danforth

Im Yoona as Taylor McKessie

Lee Sungmin as Troy Bolton

and Lee Sunkyu as Gabriella Montez." he said.

I immediately looked at Sunny who was looking at me too, then I looked at Sica. She turned her back at me.

"You guys should practice well because you only have three weeks to practice." the teacher said.

"Oh, and we also won't be having classes until the play is finished, so you may consume this slot's time. I'll be expecting a great play. Victoria, I assign you as the stage director. You may use the theatre. The principal allowed us to." he said then went out of the class.

"Is it because of the play?" I asked her.

"No." she said coldly.

"The role? The characters? Me? Tell me!"

"Why are you asking me these things?!" she asked. She seemed annoyed already...

"Honestly, I don't know. Sorry for bugging. You know, I should get going.." I said, then turned my back at her.

"I just think that I like you.." I whispered then walked back to Sulli's ward.

"Where have you been?" Amber asked.

"Just... I just took some fresh air." I said then sat on the couch, resting my head eyes closed.

"I thought you were with Jessica." she said.

"No." I just said, then I heard the door open.

"Oh, you're back. We thought you were with him." Heechul said. I opened my eye and saw him pointing at me. He was talking to Jessica.
