It's been a month and Adriana has not yet woken up. Ashton sat by her side staring at her sleeping as usual. It's like he has practically moved into the hospital.

He spent his entire day with her and when the visiting hours would get over. the hospital staff would kick him out. But yet every morning he would come back and as usual sit by her side and watch her sleep.

" Good morning my love. " he stated as he placed a small kiss on her forehead.

" You know I miss you. I couldn't sleep all night. What if you wake up and find yourself all alone? " he sat at the edge of the bed and stroked her hair.

" I would never leave you alone Adriana. I promise. I know I have hurt you. But I would never do it again. I love you my love. I promise I always will. " he took her hand in his.

" Please wake up my love... I can't wait to look into your beautiful blue eyes. I have been longing to hear your voice call my name. Please wake up Adriana. Please wake up. " he continued as tears started rolling down his cheeks.

" I know I have hurt you Adriana but please give me one chance. I promise I would never hurt you again. Please wake up for me. " He pleaded as he squeezed her hand gently.

" Please wake up Adriana... Please. " he cried silently. He didn't know whether she could hear what he was saying or not . But he didn't care, he wanted her to know how sorry he was. And how much he wanted her back.

He was brought out of his thoughts when he felt a squeeze his hand. And his eyes went wide . He looked at his sleeping Adriana.

This was the first time he had ever felt a movement in her body. And a small smile made its way to his lips.

" You can hear me right ? " he felt another squeeze. And his face lit up.

" DOCTOR... DOCTOR... " He yelled as he got up from his seat.

He almost ran towards the door but he stopped when he felt a tug on his hand. And he immediately turned around.

He could see his Adriana flutter her eyes open. She looked up at him and gave him a small smile.

" Katherine? " she shook her head and his eyes went wide.

" Adriana? " He breathed she gave him a small smile.

" You remember everything? " He yelled in joy.

" Yes. " she whispered in a small voice.

" What happened Ashton is everything alright? " Alison yelled as she barged into the room .

Her jaw dropped to the ground the moment she saw Adriana wide awake. " Hey mom. " she whispered with a small smile.

" Oh my god honey you are finally awake. " She whispered as she ran towards her.

" I remember everything Mom." She whispered as she pulled away.

" I'm so happy for you Honey. " she replied.

" Can I speak to Ashton for a minute Mom....alone? " she asked. Alison nodded.

" Ok honey. Take care of yourself. " With that she walked out of the room.

" You know, I could hear whatever you were saying? " She asked with a mischievous smile on her face.

Ashton's eyes went wide. " You heard everything? " she smiled at him.

" I thought about us and I decided to give you a second chance. " she replied making him jump in joy.

" Thank you so much...thank you so much Adriana. You don't know how much it means to me. " He replied with excitement laced in his voice.

She chuckled. " You know, you haven't changed a lot? "

" And I would never change. " He replied as he leaned into her and kissed her gently.

A knock at the the door brought then out of their little moment. " Come in. " Adriana stated in her angelic voice. Ignoring Ashton's protests.

" What do you want Hyde? " Ashton growled as Nathan entered the room.

" Can I have a word with you Adriana? " He asked ignoring Ashton's foul mood.

" I'm not leaving her alone. " Ashton growled.

" I'm not asking you to leave. " He replied and turned his attention back to Adriana.

" I know you have got your memories back Adriana. And I wanted to apologise for all that I did. I had always believed that I loved you more than this Mutt. But I was wrong. I can never love you the way he would. You know, from the day you were brought here he hasn't left your side? I would have never done it. "

He turned to Ashton. " I know Ashton from the day you started dating her I was a dick to you. To be very honest I was jealous that you could have her when I couldn't. And that made me hate you. " He paused for a second and studied his expression.

" I want to apologise to both of you. And I want us be friends once again. The way we were years back. " He stated.

" I forgive you Nathan. And so does he. " Adriana replied with a bright smile on her face.

" And we would love to be friends with you once again. " Ashton added.

" Thank you guys thank you so much. " He replied as he hugged both of them.

" I hope you find your match soon." Adriana replied as she pulled away from him.

" I guess I better get going. " Nathan stated.

" See you around. " Ashton replied as they waved him goodbye.

Nathan walked through the busy streets. Not really caring about where he was going. For some unknown reason he didn't feel like taking his car.

He was so lost in his thoughts that he didn't realise that he had just bumped into someone.

He looked at the beautiful dark haired girl with amusement, as she stared at the spilt coffee cup as if her life was dependent on it.

" Are you blind? " The girl yelled in frustration. He could see the irritation on her beautiful face.

" Nobody speaks to me in that tone love. " He stated as he watched her rolled her eyes.

" Then I guess you better get used to it. " she snapped at him. It looks like someone just found their match.
