Two Zodiacs

Chpt 4

Yuki opened the sliding screen door.

"Here's your room Crystal." Yuki informed. I smiled and bowed.

"Thank you!" I thanked. When I met eyes with Yuki he blinked fast.

"You remind me of Ms. Tohru, Crystal." Yuki informed.

"Oh! Really?" I asked.

"Yes. You seem to always be... Happy." Yuki smiled a little then left. I pressed my lips together then walked in. There was a bed mat on the floor. I pulled out a blanket and my pillows. Then my favorite childhood stuffed animals and yellow baby blanket. I held the blanket to my nose. It smelled of home.

"You still have stuff animals?" A voice asked from the hall. I turned and saw Kyo. I blushed.

"GAH! N-n-no!" I nervously exclaimed and pushed the animals aside. Kyo stepped in my room.

"Then what are those then?" Kyo teased.

"They're nothing!" I retorted.

"I think they're stuff animals!" Kyo picked up my black dog stuff animal. "Wow. That's kinda sad."

"Hey!" I retorted. I grabbed the dog back fast. "Don't take my stuff!"

"Ha! You have stuff animals!" Kyo laughed. Tears threatened at my eyes.

"Why do you care any ways! Going around making people feel bad about themselves! Making them feel small!" I yelled. Kyo's eyes widened. He puffed air out.

"I'm sorry." Kyo apologized. "I have to admit they are... Cute."

"Really! Thanks!" I beamed.

"Well, don't get all excited about it!" Kyo yelled.

"They all have stories behind them. But. You probably won't care..." I sighed then smiled.

"No! I mean- just what ever." Kyo walked in and sat down next to me. I picked up a stuff animal. Before I even started. Shigure poked his head in.

"Ooo! Telling stories are we?" Shigure asked.

"Yeah! Do you want to listen?" I suggested.

"That'd be wonderful!" Shigure beamed, "I'll get the others!"

"Hell no! I don't want to see that damn rat!" Kyo retorted.

"Tohru! Yuki! Crystal's telling stories!" Shigure sang. Shigure walked in happily and sat down. Yuki walked in and sat down on the other side of me. Tohru poked her head in.

"I'll get some snacks!" Tohru suggested. Tohru ran down stairs. When she came back she had a plate of rice balls. Tohru sat down next to Yuki. "Let's start!"
