Chpt 22

Tohru, Yuki, Kyo and Shigure all stayed in their own rooms. I stayed in my old room. Some of my stuff was still there. A day later it was two hours before the party.

I soaked in the warm bath with special soap to make my skin perfect. I dried off and did my hair in fancy curls and I put on silver earrings. I pulled my new dress on. The pastel pink color matched my tan skin and brown curly hair perfectly. I slipped on silver ballet flats. I put on mascara, eye liner, lip gloss, and pastel pink eye shadow. I was ready. It was six o' clock. Time to party! I made sure my silver choker I always wore was on tight.

I slid down the dark wooden railing. People already gathered at the party. I could see Carnation, Layla, Tohru, Yuki, Shigure, and Kyo. I ran over to the group.

"Hey guys!" I beamed.

"You look great!" Layla complimented.

"Indeed." Shigure agreed.

"Thanks!" I beamed. Yuki blushed slightly but smiled. Classical music hummed in the air. I noticed a dj setting up. I quickly grabbed a plate with chocolate cake. I ate the cake happily.

"Hello. Crystal." A voice greeted behind me. I turned. The boy's gold blonde hair that was spiked in the front shined in the bright lights, his sea green eyes where mischievous, and his deep tan skin wore a black tux and a necklace with a crab amulet.

"Hello Sheldon." I smirked.

"You know I hate it when you call me that." Sheldon laughed.

"I know that's why love calling you that Shel." I laughed. I hugged him tight and kissed Shel's cheek. "It's great to see you Shel!" I let go.

"Who are these?" Shel asked.

"This is Tohru, Yuki he's the rat zodiac, Kyo is the cat, and Shigure us the dog zodiac. Guys this is Shel. He's Cancer the crab." I informed. The group greeted Shel happily.

"All right let's get this party started!" The dj yelled. He played music. If I Had You by Adam Lambert.

"I love this song!" I yelled.

"What is it?" Tohru asked. Right they're from Japan.

"If I Had You!" I screamed.

"Care to dance?" Shel asked.

"Gladly!" I laughed. I took his hand and went to the center. We danced together. I began to sing.

"If I had you! Y-y-you!" I sang and laughed. Shel spun me then lifted me into the air.

"Money fame and fortune could never compete!" Shel laughed. The song ended. The next song played. T.H.E. by Will.I.Am. We danced together. Carnation and Layla came over and danced. The song ended.

"Is that the Party Royals!" The dj yelled. The spot light shown on us. Our nickname for the party. I was the queen. Shel the king. Layla the princess. Carmation the Duchess. "Get up here!" We picked up microphones. Can't Hold Us by Macklemor.

"Yeah! Whoo!" Shel cheered. The four of us clapped and stomped. We sang the song.

"Hey! Hey! Oh!" The three of us sang.

"We put our hands up like the ceiling can't hold us!" I sang. Shel was good at rapping. So he did most of it while we did the back round.

"This is the moment we'll fight till it's over! So we put out hands up like the ceiling can't hold us!" I sang.
