I woke up in a good mood, and I'm not lying when I say that, I generally did. Almost the second I woke up I started thinking about last night. I realised I was way more confident with a little alcohol in my body, and I also realised that Austin really does care. He took care of me all night and gave me his coat when it got cold. After we left the cafe we went and sat of the beach for a while, just watching the waves lap over the sand. It was so calming, and I honestly thought it was perfect.
💵AUSTIN COLE💵
I knew I liked Kacey, but when I was sat on the beach with her last night everything just seemed so perfect. I looked into her eyes and I longed to tell her how I felt but I was too scared. Scared that she would reject me, scared that I would look like a total twat. But the second I looked into her eyes I realised this was more than a crush. If fallen for her hard, and she may not realise it yet, but I was determined to make her mine, no matter what.~*~*~
Sat in maths and me and Kace were having an elbowing match. I won when she finally yelled "ow!!". I cheated as I elbowed her in the boob, but hey, who said we had to live by the rules? She really brightened up my day though, with her bubbly laugh, and our stupid little contests. She was honestly my reason to laugh. I know I sound like a right soppy git but it's true.
School was the same though. Had lessons, then break and I pushed Kace into her bff pushing her bff into her crush. I still don't get why those two aren't together? Everyone knows they like each other. Funny times. Then there were two more lessons then lunch, the usual being hit on, all that bullshit, but I sure did surprise Kacey and the boys when I turned down a hook up. (What? It didn't feel right fucking other girls when my feelings for Kacey were so strong). Their faces made me want to laugh my head off. And then of course there was the final two lessons and the drive home.
~*~*~
I knocked on Kacey's window. I knew she was in there her light was on.
"What Austin?" She said without even opening the blinds. Was I really that predictable?
"Can I come in?"
"No."
"Why?"
"Coz I'm reading."
"Pleeaase?"
"No."
"Pretty please?"
"No Austin."
"Pretty please with sprinkles and strawberries?" Strawberries were her favourite fruit.
She sighed. "Fiine."
She came and opened the window and before she could change her mind I jumped in.
"So what do you want?"
"Just to spend time with my bezzie!"
Even I didn't know why I was there. Just wanted to be near her I guess.
She narrowed her eyes as if trying to figure me out then shrugged and carried on reading.
"Oh, me and the guys are going to the beach Saturday and wondered if you wanted to come?"
"I can't, I'm babysitting Izzy"
"Oh Isobel Shemisobel COME ON!"
"No Austin I made a promise to your mum."
"Ugh, mums just being lazy, she doesn't actually have work, she's off."
"Somehow I don't believe you."
"Just trust me? Please?"
She took one look into my eyes and melted.
"Okay fine."
"We'll be surfing by the way."
"Cool I love surfing!"
"Huh?" I said dumbly
"I love to surf?"
This surprised me.
"Cor you're a major babe aren't ya, liking FAF and surfing!"
She cringed when I said babe and I laughed.
"I thought we discussed you calling me babe?"
"Whatever babe."
She rolled her eyes and laid on her bed with her book.
"Is that an invitation?" I winked
"What? I don't under....oh my god get your mind out of the gutter!"
I laughed till I cried. Omg she's such a good girl!
I went and laid next to her anyway. She turned her head and looked at me then went back to her book. Well this is hilarious. She looked so adorable with her (now black) curls flopping all around her face and her green emerald eyes catching the sunlight as she moved. It truly confused me how someone could be so beautiful and yet not see it. Then I realised what bitches of today's society were doing to 'lower class' girls, the 'unpopulars'. I remember Anna in the hallway and how mad that made me. Why would anyone be so spiteful for no apparent reason? What had Kacey ever done to her? Nothing, but she's not a dumb blonde slutty hoebag like Anna and so she must be bullied because she's different. In my eyes she was the better person, the bigger person, and all around the more beautiful person. Inside and out. Girls like Anna and her pathetic little cronies could go and fuck themselves. If I had anything to do with it Anna would never go anywhere near Kacey again, if she truly valued her 'good looks'. God, I just out myself into a bad mood by thinking all that! Calm down now, just stay by her side at all times.💍KACEY O'CONNOR💍
I couldn't bear to look at him, it made my heart hurt. He came and laid next to me and my heart started racing when our arms brushed together and the skin on my arm started tingling. What the fudge Kace, this ain't normal! I turned and looked at him then turned back to my book. God he's so gorgeous, with his perfect jawline and perfectly white straight teeth and his gorgeous blue eyes matched with his floppy dirty blonde hair, and the way that even when his hair was messy it still looked good...OMG KACEY YOU LIKE AUSTIN!!! No, that's impossible, he's a 'bad boy', a grasshole, a son of a biscuit, a complete idiot, you don't like Austin! I took one last look into his sapphire eyes and died. YOU DO LIKE HIM! Omg this cannot be right. Ughhhhhhhhh.-------------- --------------- ----------------
