"Did you put the sunblocks already?" Mom asked, alam ko kung gaano ka-ayaw niya akong tumuloy sa vacation na ito pero at the end she agreed that I needed a break. Ofcourse! I badly need this one!

"Yes Mom, meron na po" I smiled at her assuring everything's fine and in order

"I'm gonna miss you" And she hugged me

I nearly rolled my eyes while she's hugging me, Magbabakasyon lang ako ng dalawang buwan. She don't need to be so dramatic over it. I sighed at the thought what's the reason why did I need to leave, Masyadong mapait para alalahanin pero hindi mo talaga matatakbuhan ang mga bagay na katulad noon. My Mom knew what happened kaya siguro ganito ang kanyang reaction, Like she's treating me a five-year old kid that can't live without any company but I'm 23 years old already! Kaya ko na ang sarili ko,I don't have any suicidal tendencies so she shouldn't worry about me, saka hindi ko naman sasayangin ang buhay ko para lang sa sakit na nadama ko. That's pathetic.

Mom sniffed and broke the hug, "I will sleep na, Goodnight Honey" She kissed my forehead and left.

She's crying! Napailing nalang ako, ever since naman napaka-protective ng Mommy ko sa akin even before my Dad died because of an accident on his work place, After that happened she become my Mother & Father at the same time. Nagtrabaho siya para sa aming dalawa,She sent me to private school noong highschool and College ako, We survived all the the trials that life have thrown to us,Ngayong nagtatrabaho na ako I wanted her to stop working pero mapilit siya kaya hindi ko na siya ulit kinulit tungkol doon. All I want for her is to enjoy life, she deserve it anyway.

I glanced at the wall clock and It's 9:45 already, Tiningnan ko iyong mga maleta na inaayos ko malapit na ito matapos kailangan ko na tapusin ito para bukas hindi na ako magaayos pa.

"Christen" I groaned "Christen" repeated the person who's knocking on my door, I silently groaned and scratched my neck

I groaned louder to express my annoyance, I'm still sleepy!

"Honey wake up, It's 10 in the morning already. You need to fix yourself pa"

And with that sentence I stood up, "Mom I'm awake already, you can stop knocking my door!" Sigaw ko para marinig niya sa labas. I know that's the only sentence that can stop her from knocking off the door. I immediately went to the bathroom to fix myself. Haste, Christen!

"Welcome to Coron Palawan" My Ate Maddie said with a very cheerful and high pitch tone. I even winced when she said that, Actually it's a shout and it almost break my eardrums. Kakaiba talaga ang boses niya!

"Ate you're so loud" I protested but she just tsked at me and get the other luggage I was holding on my left hand.
