I'm always afraid that my characters are the same. Especially in works like 'The Witching Well' or 'Aethra'. I'm fine i'd they're in books like 'Legends Live on' or 'The Legend of Twilight.' because they are Fanfiction anyway. Most of my characters are based on real people. Here are some examples:
Holly (TWW) : Based on BlackStar.
Michelle (TWW) : Based on VoidStars
Miranda (TWW) : Based on CoolLonerChick
Misaki (Legend of Twilight) : Based on Maniac.
Sachi (Behind Clear Blue Eyes) : based on Breeze
Aethra (Aethra) : based on Maniac.
Akita (Aethra) : Based on Breeze.
I tend to base my characters on people I know really well. Its going to be soon that I'll launch a new book with characters based on my boyfriend and his friend. But We'll just have to see what happens with these two books for now.
